On Saturday evening at The Jon Lovitz Comedy Club and Podcast Theatre on Universal CityWalk, Batman’s Adam West was interviewed by super fan and collector Ralph Garman of KROQ. Tickets sold for $40 each.
For two hours, they discussed West’s 50+ years in show business. They of course spent a good amount of time on the actor’s time as Batman the caped crusader, as well as more recent work like FOX’s Family Guy.
If you weren’t fortunate enough to attend in person, the interview was recorded and is being offered for download. There’s a suggested donation price of $2 but you can certainly pay more if you like. All proceeds from the downloads and tickets go to the costs for West’s upcoming star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame.
Here’s the link to purchase the interview and here’s a sample:
Hey Mr. Admin-
fyi – instead of posting a sample, you posted both parts of the whole interview.
oops… » That’s the way they have it set up. The hope is that you’ll pay to download a copy.

Family Guy of course. Maybe voice acting doesn’t pay as much, no duh, but still he is on the show at least half of the season. But I don’t know how he lives in real… Read more »
LMAO Holy misunderstanding thomas daly! I have to agree with the admin that it was a fundraiser. I am shocked to learn that Adam West had not gotten his star yet. There are not many actors who were on tv shows back in the 60’s/70’s that when you simply say their name, a song pops into your head, and you know exactly who that is, even if you were not alive during that time. Adam West is one of the lucky few who you can say that about. My kids know exactly who he is because of Family Guy. I… Read more »
you had to pay 40 bucks to meet him jesus as much as i love him in family guy thats just wrong its was celebration of 40 years in the biz and you had to pay lol
thomas daly » Well, it was a fundraiser after all, not a fund-loser.
