Beauty and the Beast was cancelled by CW last month, but the cast has one more season to air before the series leaves the air. However, production on that season, the fourth for the series starring Jay Ryan and Kristin Kreuk has now wrapped production.
Spoiler TV shared several tweets from the cast from the last day of filming for the series. It was a “bittersweet” good-bye to the series, according to one cast member.

No air date for the final season of Beauty and the Beast has been set yet, but it will likely air this summer.

I also just found this series on Netflix. I read that the series was cancelled because Jay Ryan went to another series. Was it not an option to have Vincent get plastic surgery,( so he is no longer recognized ), and we get a new buffed up Vincent/beast?
I’m so sad to learn the series was cancelled. I just discovered this gem on Netflix and was hoping the latest season hadn’t been added yet. I’m half way through the 3rd season and will miss the characters so much, love this cast and their dynamics together.
I miss the show Beauty and the Beast series, I am very sad that it was canceled. Can’t another TV production company pick them up to continue the series? Since the production company wrapped up the series, the CW will never be the same. What is the cast doing now?
I really love the Beauty and the Beast series with all the beatiful casts. I have watched this series from the start. Beauty and the Beast series is much better show than watching a reality boring show!! I hope that they still continue to have more season because I believe Beauty and Beast is one of the best shows to watch and the casts are just amazing and you can never get tired watching these beautiful peopel!! I wish I would witn the lottery and I will hire these casts to make this eries into a movie!!
