Hannibal‘s over, but you can catch one of its stars on a new NBC show. Entertainment Weekly reports that Aaron Abrams will be joining the cast of Blindspot.
On Hannibal, Abrams played C.S.I. agent Brian Zeller for the series’ three seasons.
On Blindspot, he will play and Assistant U.S. Attorney and love interest for Audrey Esparza’s FBI Agent Natasha Zapata. Unlike Hannibal, which notoriously struggled to garner high ratings, Blindspot has become one of NBC’s biggest hits in its freshman season. The debut episode gained more than 10 million viewers, and the rest of the season has been steadying out at around seven million, with an 18-49 demo rating of around 2.
In November, NBC renewed Blindspot for a second season.
What do you think? Were you a fan of Hannibal? Do you watch Blindspot?
Great show. Don’t believe the rumors as jealousy runs rampant in Hollywood.
