The alphabet network has announced that the second episode of their new Dana Delany series, Body of Proof, will follow Desperate Housewives on April 3rd. As you may recall, Delany co-starred on that series for a couple seasons. Body of Proof will debut on Tuesday, March 29th at 10pm. Detroit 1-8-7 is expected to have completed its first (and likely only) season by that time.

I can’t wait. Dana Delany is great in everything she does, so I expect it’ll be a very interesting, thought-provoking, non-fluff kind of show.
Uh, did I miss the first episode? This article talks about the second episode…what happened to the first?
@Gina: You must have missed the info in the first paragraph. It debuts on Tuesday, March 29th at 10pm.
What were the TV execs thinking by putting the season premiere of Body of Proof in the same time slot up against two of TV’s best shows – The Good Wife and Parenthood – as I can only DVR 2 shows at one time?
I guess their goal is to get the show cancelled before it even has a chance. Oh well!
@D: Actually, it beat them both.
