Could Code Black make a comeback after all? According to The Hollywood Reporter, CBS is considering renewing the cancelled TV show.
As reported earlier, the network cancelled the medical drama this year after three seasons. The cast includes Marcia Gay Harden, Luis Guzmán, Boris Kodjoe, Harry Ford, Benjamin Hollingsworth, William Allen Young, Emily Tyra, Noah Gray-Cabey, Emily Alyn Lind, Moon Bloodgood, and Rob Lowe.
During this summer’s TCA press conference, CBS Entertainment chief Kelly Kahl revealed the network is figuring out how to do a fourth season of Code Black:
It’s doing incredibly well. It’s a well-done show. We’d like to figure out a way to maybe make it work.”
While nothing final has been decided, Kahl did say CBS is looking into another season.

Hell yes I would . I LOVE THIS SHOW. All that’s ever on is stupid fake reality stuff for season after season. When will people at the networks understand that not everyone wants zombies marvel and reality shows.. I hate them all. Everytime I find a.show I like it gets canceled for something dumb. Please bring this show back!

This is an excellent tv drama with higher ratings this season. The cast is excellent and highly talented. I think cbs cancelled this show prematurely and did not realize how good the ratings would be for season 3. Please bring it back!!
A show with excellent acting, excellent stories, and excellent characters was cancelled. The network made a horrible decision and underestimated Code Black’s huge following of very dedicated viewers. How did CBS possibly miss that? Who knows. However, they have an opportunity to right their wrong.
