Over the years, CBS has found great success with Criminal Minds and that venerable show was just renewed for a 13th season. But what about its spin-off, Criminal Minds: Beyond Borders? Season two premiered in March, but will there be a third season? Should the CBS TV show be cancelled or renewed?
A crime procedural, Criminal Minds: Beyond Borders revolves around the International Division of the FBI which investigates crimes and rescues Americans in peril abroad. The cast includes Gary Sinise, Alana De La Garza, Daniel Henney, Tyler James Williams, and Annie Funke.
Season one of Criminal Minds: Beyond Borders received fairly mediocre ratings, with an average rating of 1.24 in the 18-49 demo and 6.92 million viewers. Now, season two’s numbers have fallen even further. So far, the season is averaging a 0.85 rating in the 18-49 demo and only 5.10 million viewers, making it one of CBS’ lowest-rated shows for the 2016-2017 season.
According to Deadline, the series is “heavily on the bubble.” However, the original Criminal Minds series has been on for a long time and CBS may have been hoping that Beyond Borders could replace it.

Should be renewed one of my favorite shows love the cast
I like the show. I took you to lands far and away. Please serously think anout this. The cast was great. I especially like Gary Sinise. How about putting the two criminal minds together since Criminal Minds cast is dwindling to nothing. You need to get some bigger stars on and Gary Sinese might be able to help.
If you’re passing these to the writing staff… here’s a possible plot idea, perhaps a case that could occur during the annual Carnival or Chutney Soca Monarch Festivities in Trinidad and Tobago?
RENEW PLEASE!!!! It was so cool seeing different places my I and my family were tied to such as England, India and Tanzania (which started this season off)… There are so many awesome and under-highlighted places they COULD continue with like Trinidad & Tobago, Guyana, Suriname, Kenya, Uganda, Nepal, Bangladesh and others…
The cast has been doing such and incredible job and things were very well written… forget season 3, this deserves to renew as far as season 33!

This is a great show…I didn’t know it was on tv until recently. II recorded and watched season 2. Was there a season 1. I can’t find it if there was. Very very disappointed that it was cancelled. I think you should rethink it.

this is a great show, i love it, i like the stories, its a different type that shows another side of criminal minds.the cast is great, this is a show i would watch every week.i think gary sinise is one of the great actors, and involved persons in different areas. please renew.
Renewed………..Gary Senise is such a great person and actor. This is a decent TV show without a lot of political agenda items. The other actors are a great addition to the show as well. Please reconsider bringing this show back.

Yes indeed, I would have watched a season 3; I find it interesting to see other countries alto not always at their best. Have always liked Gary Senise; have come to enjoy the rest of the actors in this show. It is getting harder & harder to find things on the T V; am thinking of moving to Netflix or the like to see things worthwhile. Hopefully it the cancellation will be reconsidered.
I like this show. I find it interesting because it lets us know about the laws of other countries around the world, their customs how the people act towards foreigners. I like Gary Senise, although I liked his acting better on CSI: New York. I would continue to watch this show, so please do renew it, and please stop comparing it to the original Criminal Minds. I love the show Criminal Minds Beyond Border and Gary Sinise. It doesn’t come on till 9pm where I live so we have to record it since we have to get up early to go to work. Please don’t cancel it.
