Charisma Carpenter is coming to CBS. Recently, the Angel actress announced she will guest star on an upcoming episode of Criminal Minds: Beyond Borders.
A spin-off of Criminal Minds, the drama follows the FBI’s International Division, which is tasked with solving crimes and coming to the rescue of Americans who find themselves in danger while abroad. The cast includes Gary Sinise, Alana De La Garza, Daniel Henney, Annie Funke, and Tyler James Williams.
The details of Carpenter’s character have not been revealed, but she did post a photo of the script on Instagram:

As a cast member of Buffy the Vampire Slayer and Angel, garbage such as Criminal Minds: BB is beneath her.

Since I/we don’t know the actors & actresses personally, “judgment” can only be made based upon his/her character(s). Enough said. So while Criminal Minds Beyond Borders – although a good show – isn’t “that great” to begin with, the show certainly rates better casting than Charisma Carpenter!
I wish they would make her a series regular. She’s needs to be on TV often.
