It was an underwhelming start for the new reality series. It tied with a repeat of The Middle on ABC for second place. If it dips in week two (as most new shows do), it’ll likely drop to third or fourth place. This premiere was less than half of what CBS saw from last summer’s Big Brother return.
Note: These ratings are collected by the Nielsen company and are the final national numbers. These are different from the fast affiliate numbers which are just estimates of the actual ratings and are reported on by most other outlets. The final nationals are typically released within 24 hours of the programming or, in the case of weekends and holidays, a couple days later.
What do you think? Do you like the Dogs in the City TV series? Do you think it should be cancelled or renewed for a second season?
A week without Justin would be like a week without sunshine. Please renew this show!
You just have to renew this show !!!!!!! There are so few great shows on right now, this one has to be one of the best !!!!!! PLEASE KEEP IT ON !!!!!!!!!!!!!
I love this show. I was raised in NYC and it’s great to see all the great neighborhoods and real people loving their dogs. Justin is adorable and funny, keep him on the air forever.
We love this show! Please renew it CBS!
Hi, I just love this show. Justin is smart, handsome, and knows his stuff. It is such a relief from all the cop and lawyer dramas.
It’s a great show that teaches us “tips & how to” for dog owners. Great and valuable info. We thought at first this would be another terrible Dog Whisperer, but Dogs in the city is a far cry BETTER. Keep this show going.
I love this show. It’s nice to finally have a show in Toronto. But I guess it wouldn’t be surprising if it was cancelled. Just about every show I like gets cancelled. It’s like what’s the point in watching anything anymore. Half the shows I liked from the fall have been cancelled. I’m really getting sick of all the stupid reality shows. It’s about time Big Brother, the Bachelor, Survivor, Jersey Shore, etc. got the boot. I guess I’ll stick to watching reruns from the 80’s and 90’s.
The website jumped. I was talking on Saving Hope. To be honest, this is the only reality show I like. The rest I mentioned are junk. I love watching the dogs. At least they are not backstabbing people.
Please don’t cancel this great show.
Great show. I hope it is renewed.
Love this show. Hope it becomes a regular series.
Renew, renew, renew!!!! Please! I love this guy/show and all the dogs. This would be great Sunday night family program vs shows like Criminal Minds which is so gory I stopped watching it despite my interest in the psycology of the subject matter.
I Love This Show!!
Oh please renew this show! Justin is adorable and realistic in his approach to people and how they relate to their dogs. Too many people have lost touch with nature and their instincts. We all need large doses of how to do that! Paws-Up!
I love Dog in the City. I have learned so much and how to correct some of my dog problems. I understand more how my dogs think now. Can we have some follow ups of the shows shown? I would love to know about the English Bulldog that lived in the penhouse with the lady that had a new baby and the lady that had to move to a smaller apartment with her four dogs.
Great show. We watch every week.. Informative and entertainig. Please do not cancel another show we enjoy. Thank you
