As expected, there won’t be a second season for Gang Related. FOX has cancelled the summer cop drama after one season of 13 episodes.
On Gang Related, a police detective (Ramon Rodriguez) is torn between his allegiance to his job and co-workers and the gang and crime family that raised him. The cast also includes Terry O’Quinn, RZA, Jay Hernandez, Sung Kang, Inbar Lavi, Cliff Curtis, and Shantel VanSanten.

The series debuted at the end of May to a 0.9 rating in the 18-49 demographic with 2.94 million viewers.
That was a poor showing right out of the gate and the ratings got even worse as the weeks progressed.
It ended up being one of FOX’s worst-performing summer series. Despite having a small but loyal audience, it was expected that the network would cancel the show.
The final episode, which aired August 14th, left plenty of things unresolved.

They have to bring back this show I don’t care what network picks it up I will watch the second season the show was so good and ended on a cliff hanger I need to see what happens next. If TNT can pick up southland someone should pick this show up!
That was one of my favorite shows. The acting was great and the story was awesome. So dissapointed. I got all my friends and family to watch.
I’m very disappointed to hear that… I absolutely loved that show.. will probably be replaced by a stupid reality show or stupid comedy… Let’s hope another channel picks it up…
I loved Gang Related… Sad to see it go. Now that I think of it, the Fox network has a habit of canceling really good shows. They’ll probably replace it with a trashy reality show. Boo Fox!!!
My family and I are very disappointed that the show got cancelled. The show is very intense and hard core which makes it very entertaining. The show takes you to a world that some of us have not experience or want to experience but it allows us to be aware that this world can exist. We hope that the show gets renewed.., Please
Please bring back gang related, it is a great show actors were awesome and story is great, so anxious to watch the second season I’m sure it will be even better then the first season.

Gang Related was a great show! Please bring it back or move it to another channel.My husband and I and our family members have watched the show since the show first aired. We would watch it on Thursday ‘s and drop.what we were doing to be in front of the television . When every episode ended. It kept us wondering what the next.episode was going to be about. Great actors and very well written!

As it wasnt on dutch TV I had to download it. It was well written serie. One of my favourites. Can’t believe they stopped it already.

it was a really great show just move it to a different channel I don’t see why the show should be canceled. I was really looking forward to a second season. hopefully somebody with a brain will pick up the show and continue it.
We can’t believe they would cancel Gang Related. It reminded me of the old show”Wise Guy” with Ken Wahl but in reverse! It was so well written and acted. Please consider bringing it back or putting on another channel.

Absolutely I would! Move it to a different Channel why start an episode without finishing off leaves viewers guessing. Too long? It’s better than watching Kim Kardashian now that’s a long episode. Geez lol
