After years of fighting for ratings, Grimm doesn’t have to worry about being cancelled this time around. It’s already been announced that the NBC series is ending and won’t be back for a seventh season. Will Grimm’s ratings continue to fall this time around or, will they see a resurgence? Stay tuned.
On Grimm, Nick Burkhardt (David Giuntoli) continues to fight to keep humanity safe from the supernatural creatures of the world. The rest of the NBC cast includes Russell Hornsby, Silas Weir Mitchell, Bitsie Tulloch, Reggie Lee, Sasha Roiz, Bree Turner, and Claire Coffee. Recurring performers include Chris McKenna, Jacqueline Toboni, and Danny Bruno.
The ratings are typically the best indication of a show’s likelihood of staying on the air. The higher the ratings (particularly the 18-49 demo), the better the chances for survival. This chart will be updated as new ratings data becomes available — usually the next day, around 11:30am EST/8:30am PST. Refresh to see the latest.
4/1 update: You can see the rest of the latest night’s ratings.
Note: If you’re not seeing the updated chart, please try reloading the page or view it here.
For comparisons: The fifth season of Grimm on NBC averaged a 0.89 rating in the 18-49 demographic with 3.94 million viewers (live + same day ratings).
Note: These are the Live + Same Day Ratings which include “live” viewing plus delayed DVR viewing, up until 3am local time that same night. Ratings marked with an “*” are the fast affiliate ratings and will be updated with the Live+SD numbers when they are made available. Typically, networks get paid for C+3 ratings which includes DVR viewing within three days of the original airing when commercials are watched. Those numbers are rarely released to the press.
What do you think? Do you like the Grimm TV series on NBC? Do you think it should be ending or would you watch season seven?
Grimm is one of the BEST shows on TV! Please keep it going! It’s special effects are so realistic and it’s awesome
family entertainment. I hate to see this show ending. My husband and I can’t wait to see this every week! Love it love it love it!!’ #bringitback
Please give us a season 7… this is one of the best shows on TV and I would love to see it continue for a FULL SEASON 7!
Please don’t end this series! It’s so hard to find good entertainment anymore! We look forward to each episode. Fantastic team! Special effects are surprisingly realistic looking. I’d run from the creatures they produce! Keep this one, please.
I love “Grimm” and sorry, so sorry to see it end!!!
Grimm has more viewers than Supernatural. End supernatural before Grimm.
Supernatural has already been renewed for a 13th season. I watch both, but Grimm has been terrible this season with monster-of-the-week stuff we’ve seen before. With only three episodes left, they’ve barely touched on the endgame conclusion plot threads.
Maybe they are doing it on purpose do we won’t feel bad about it ending. I am going to miss this show. I have not liked this half season that much but maybe the last two episodes will change my mind.
Another GEM lost! Great writing, great cast, great sets & great computer transformation animation! Almost a storybook novel in motion. With the great writing minds behind this series a multitude of unimaginable goblins could have appeared for forthcoming years.
Losing Grimm is like loosing a piece of priceless art that portrays its subject matter in every soft & bold paintbrush stroke.
Boo’s to those whom had a heavy hand in the show’s demise
The VIEWERS had a heavy hand in the demise of this show. The ratings are AWFUL! Where did all the viewers go that helped the show get good ratings? They gave up and stopped watching.
Good all the time of day (as we have different time zones), dear friends. I’m from Russia. You can believe or not believe, but the TV series “Grimm” in our country has got a giant, not afraid of the word, the popularity and love. As well as the characters and the actors playing them. Tales of the Brothers Grimm in Russia known almost to every child, and very, very long time. And when the pilot episode of the series was released – among the Russian fans of Jacob and Wilhelm Grimm, he immediately called a pleasant surprise to the original… Read more »
Wow im really sad another awsome show gone please give us season 7
Get better writer’s
I can’t believe there canceling Grimm. I will watch that show for the rest of my life if it still aired!! PLEASE don’t cancel it!!? It kills me thinking about the show ending!! They made 400 episodes of Law and Order so they can do the same with Grimm! PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE don’t cancel it!!!!!!!?
It isn’t being CANCELLED. IT IS ENDING They announced that there would be 13 episodes to wrap it up. That’s it.
Ending = Cancelled. It’s the same thing.
Cancelling usually leaves a cliffhanger. In ending a show, they usually have some closure of sorts. Seems different to me.
It bugs me when they keep saying cancel. Very big difference when a show already knows it is ending vs not knowing. Not knowing until the end of the season is cancelling. I rather they just end it with at least some closure instead of cancelling and leaving a cliffhanger. That is what bugs me the most.
GRIM, GRIMM RATINGS.,!! GLAD TO SEE THIS WRITERS END.!! THEY WERE LUCKY TO HAVE, A GREAT CAST OF ACTORS.!! GOOD LUCK TO THE CAST., IT WAS YOU WHOM MADE THE SHOW, NOT THE WRITERS.!! 6 MORE EPISODES, THANK GOD.!!
Grimm is one of my favorite shows I hate to see it go with so many unanswered questions about the original 7 grimms, how it all began, where are the others. I wish Netflix would save this show like it saved others
Oh please DON’T cancel Grimm! The main reason I choose Friday off. TiVo ‘d all episodes for replays over & over again as my guilty pleasure. Shallow I know so be it. Its wonderful & unique. Love it. Don’t Cancel It!
NEW IT.!! THIS WRITERS ARE JUST HAS LOST, IN SEASON 6, enjoy fans, wesen of the week. AGAIN.!!
