TV show description:
After purchasing an engagement ring to give his fiance, Portland homicide detective Nick Burkhardt (David Giuntoli) sees a pretty woman’s face briefly morph into a monster’s. Shortly afterward, he and his partner, Hank Griffin (Russell Hornsby), are called to investigate the violent death of a female college student in the woods. Her limbs seem to have been pulled apart by a superhuman wolf creature. Later, a girl in a red coat disappears.
While at the home of his devoted girlfriend, Juliette Silverton (Bitsie Tulloch), Nick is visited by his Aunt Marie (Kate Burton), a librarian. She pulls him aside but, before she can tell him the reason for her visit, they’re attacked by a monster. Marie is gravely hurt but Nick shoots and kills the monster — who then transforms into a human. The monster’s weapon is decorated with strange writing that spells “Reapers of the Grimms.”
Badly injured, Marie gives Nick a necklace and tells him to guard it with his life. She also tells him that his parent didn’t die in a car accident as he believed — they were murdered. At the hospital, Marie tells Nick that he is one of the last “Grimms,” an elite line of criminal profilers. They are charged with keeping balance between humanity and the mythological creatures of the world. It turns out that the Grimms’ Fairy Tales are true stories and the monsters in them are real.
Nick later inspects Marie’s trailer and finds hidden weapons, books, and other Grimm equipment. He studies an open book and immediately finds a picture of the girl that he saw outside the jewelry store.
While still investigating his case, Nick sees a man named Eddie Monroe (Silas Weir Mitchell) transform into a wolf. It turns out that he’s not the killer. Monroe explains that there are many different Grimm creatures and not all of them are villainous. Monroe has been able to quell his true nature and exist peacefully with humans, like many Grimm creatures do. With his help, Nick locates the killer, kills him, and rescues the girl.
As Nick tries to hide the dangers of his new found calling from Juliette, Hank, and his boss, Captain Renard (Sasha Roiz), he becomes more entrenched in the ancient rivalries and alliances of the Grimm world. Nick must navigate through the forces of a larger-than-life mythology, facing off with Hexenbiests, Blutbads and all manner of ancient evils.

What do you think? Do you like the Grimm TV show? Do you think it should be ending with season six? Would you have watched a seventh season?

The grimm as a series keeps you wanting more with its exciting closes to the next episodes. I would be very disappointed if there was no more to this series after season 6. Please find it in your heart to at less provide two more episodes. Though it’s fairy tale it very entertaining. I look forward to season 6 and beyond if at all possible.
I am very disappointed this series has been cancelled! I have watched it from the beginning and would have continued watching it for years to come. It wasn’t more of the same old thing, it was different and interesting to watch. I have missed seeing it each week. Would love for you to bring it back.
I love this show> I am very sad that it is ending.
Sad to see Grimm go…totally loved to watch it. Please bring it back!!
I can’t believe they cancelled Grimm! Just gone! So disappointed.
I loved that show. Looked forward to watching it every week.
It is sad to me that Grimm is going off after the 6th season….Have not missed an episode I love it ,my favorite show on the TV….think that after you take it off there will be no reason for me to watch NBC again
I was very disappointed to hear that Grimm was cancelled! I’ve watched this show from the very beginning and never missed an episode. It was one of my favorite shows. Thank you very much NBC!
Hello….another stupid move NBC. This is a great show, think it over people.
Unbelievable, what is wrong with NBC exects? They finally have a great show with a new concept and then they cancel it. They really should be looking at The Voice, Law and Order SVU (jumped the shark years ago), Timeless, poorly acted, Blind spot, same old stuff, SNL Encore, snore.and others. Grimm is the diamond of NBC.
Please-Please-Please–don’t cancel Grimm. It’s one of my favorite shows; I watch it or record it no matter what time it is on, new or re-run episodes, watch them again even if I’ve seen them 5 times already. The stories are great, the concept it different from all the other stuff on TV, the cast is superb–keep it going. I’ll watch season 6, 7, 8, whatever. Please.
Right there with you Jana. I love the show. I bought the dvd series so I could rematch them over and over. It’s an awesome show and NBC should renew. They don’t have many shows that keep people interested and entertained left, so canceling the show isn’t very smart on their part.
AND LIKE ME. your stuck with 4 seasons of crapp show.!! sorry., to many open plots for me to buy the 5th season.!!! and the sixth season, not going any better. AND I USED TO LOVE GRIMM.!! TILL THEY TURN THE SHOW INTO A WESEN OF THE WEEK.
Don’t cancel Grim i love the story line and the characters ! You left a big cliff hanger . That just is not rite….
I can’t believe it. I’ve been waiting for it’s returns. Why your station has chose to cancel it after showing only part one of a cliff hanger is mind blowing. Grimm was a refreshing change from all those reality TV programs.I hope you change your minds on cancelling it. Otherwise me and my friends will just cancel your station and it’s sponsors. It’s a very good show. Plus it has a great many followers. They may not have Nielson boxes but they do watch and like me they probably waiting for it’s return. If you are cancelling it. Then you should… Read more »
I think the show should continue for a few more years. It is my favorite show along with my husband.
I can’t believe NBC is cancelling the best-written show it has. This show has it all–humor, drama, romance, and a superb supernatural thrill. The characters are engaging, the plots are exciting, and the show was embarking on such a suspenseful storyline that I don’t see how it can be concluded in this short season. I’m grateful the viewers at least get that, but please reconsider your decision, NBC. We don’t need another reality show or some other show that could not be half as good as Grimm. NBC, you need to support and stay loyal to your family.
