Zoe Hart will continue to practice medicine down south. The CW has renewed Hart of Dixie for a fourth season.
Hart of Dixie follows a big-city doctor (Rachel Bilson) who’s adjusting to small-town living and a complicated love triangle. The rest of the cast includes Scott Porter, Jaime King, Wilson Bethel, and Cress Williams.
Though not given an early renewal in February, it was expected that Dixie would be returning for a fourth season. The show’s ratings were down nearly 30% season-to-season but 64 episodes have been produced already. Another season will bring the tally closer to giving the series a better count for syndication.

I am so happy that HART OF DIXIE has been renewed for season 4, this is the only show I wait to watch every week, I will cancel plans if it falls on the same time and day this show is on. Please keep it around for several more seasons.

Yayyyy!!!I`m so happy that HOD is renewed for season 4!!In Switzerland where I am,our tv channel is already showing the third season, which kinda boring coz of Joel and Zoe…But I do hope Wade and Zoe will get back together.I love their chemistry and their fights which is adorable to see…I`m looking forward to see HOD in the next season I was longing to know if CW renewed this serie and now a big thanks to CW!!!

It’s accurate. Again the ratings are done by Nielsen, which both Daniel and I explained already. The only reason HoD got renewed was for syndication purposes and it won’t go any further than that. I don’t watch or like the show so I don’t know or care anything about Joel.

We’re now watching season 2. But now I heard Season 4 is on his way, I can’t wait for it, too watch it!

its just the cutest show ever 
its a show that takes u away in a heartwarming nice way for 1 hour 
its a nice escape show – it makes u want to live in a town like bluebell LOL :):) I’m glad CW is keeping the gang together 
this show kinda reminds me of “men in trees ” which I was sad to see leave the air but I’m sure glad CW gave this wonderful show a life in our hearts

I havent seen Season 3 yet…
I will buy the Box Set of 3 & 4 when it becomes available to have the complete series
so whenever I like I can watch 1 – 4 and escape to a wonderful world of Dixie
Please keep it and I want to see Zoe and Wade together again!
