Zoe Hart will continue to practice medicine down south. The CW has renewed Hart of Dixie for a fourth season.
Hart of Dixie follows a big-city doctor (Rachel Bilson) who’s adjusting to small-town living and a complicated love triangle. The rest of the cast includes Scott Porter, Jaime King, Wilson Bethel, and Cress Williams.
Though not given an early renewal in February, it was expected that Dixie would be returning for a fourth season. The show’s ratings were down nearly 30% season-to-season but 64 episodes have been produced already. Another season will bring the tally closer to giving the series a better count for syndication.

I am excited about the show starting the 4th season I hope it continues I enjoy watching it.
I like the show I hope it stays on but if it does it’s I can always watch on Netflix!!

Definitely KEEP Hart of Dixie coming. I would discontinue Cricket though. Her character is annoying and whines alot.

I’m so glad that Hart of Dixie, is staying on the air. It’s my favorite show. I’ve been trying to find it on Friday but haven’t been able to. When we’re gone we miss it, but when we’re home we like watching it. I even get my Husband to watch it with me. We even bought the first season, so we would have it. Please keep it on! It’s one of the better shows being aired!
