Last year, despite a decline in ratings, Syfy renewed Haven for a super-sized fifth season. Many have suspected that this will mean the end for the TV show. Will the ratings fall, ensuring that the show will be cancelled, or will they rise and lead to a season six renewal? Stay tuned.
On Haven, FBI Agent Audrey Parker (Emily Rose) and Officer Nathan Wuornos (Lucas Bryant) investigate strange occurrences in the small town of Haven, Maine. Others in the cast include Emma Lahana, Eric Balfour, Richard Donat, John Dunsworth, and Adam Copeland.
The ratings are typically the best indication of a show’s likelihood of staying on the air. The higher the ratings, the better the chances for survival. This chart will be updated as new ratings data becomes available.
8/18 update: Syfy has cancelled Haven after five seasons.
Final season averages: 0.19 rating in the 18-49 demographic with 750,000 total viewers.
Note: If you’re not seeing the updated chart, please try reloading the page or view it here.
For comparisons: The fourth season of Haven averaged a 0.4 rating in the 18-49 demographic with 1.47 viewers.
What do you think? Do you like the Haven TV series? Do you think it should be cancelled or be renewed for a sixth season?
This show is super Awesome! I hope that SyFy doesn’t cancel.
So glad that my DVR knew that Haven switched from Thursday to Friday. I, too, have to question Syfy’s motives for the NO warning — maybe it’s true it no longer cares about the show or the ratings. Now that is just nutzzzz!
The story has really struggled. But the twist on Friday’s episode was pretty cool.
When will the numbers for Friday be up?
Posted earlier today.
Thank you!
I didn’t even know they moved the night and time. Syfy always cancels their good shows- like Eureka, Being human and Alphas.
I love Haven. If SyFy cared about the show, it would stick to one night of the week and a specific time. They didn’t do any advertising to promote the switch in nights. Also, someone must have told them that if Audrey and Nathan ever find happiness, like Maddie and David on Moonlighting, the show will end. I disagree with that. There are plenty of other ways to promote tension on a show and move the plot along. I feel sorry for the three main actors. They have a lot of chemistry, and SyFy is throwing in the towel on… Read more »
Really like this show but I think SciFi wants to end it … probably a cost thing. The ratings were hurt by the move to Thursdays and now it’s been moved again apparently to 7pm Fridays … not looking too good IMHO.
NOW HAVEN MAYBE CANCELLED??? WHAT’S GOING ON UNLESS IT IS THE CHANGE IN THE SCHEDULE THAT HAS LOST VIEWERS. STOP ******** WITH THE DAY OF THE WEEK THAT HAVEN HAD THE MOST VIEWERS. ALOT OF PEOPLE DON’T REALIZE THE DAY CHANGE OR EVEN TIME CHANGES. I HAVE MISSED MANY SERIES UNTIL ALMOST THE END BECAUSE OF THIS. I USED TO GET A TV GUIDE IN MY SUNDAY NEWSPAPER & NOW THAT WAS TAKEN AWAY IN LIEU OF A PAID FOR TV GUIDE WHICH LOOKS LIKE A MAGAZINE. RIGHT NOW I HAVE A DVR SET TO RECORD MY FAVORITE SERIES SO… Read more »
Totally agreed Pam! I thought i had read last year that is would start in Oct. now I find out it started last month? really….& I too have to record most of my faves….I so love this show, & Do Not want it getting canceled. Shoot, I would even love to be in it! I am an actress & working my way up!
I hope they don’t cancel the show. I’ve watched it every week since it started and have looked forward to the next episode every week. You have to expect a show to have its ups and downs with ratings so please give it a chance. I tell everyone about this show all the time. I buy all the previous seasons on DVD too. Love the story lines and the cast makes the characters seem so real. Love it !!!
I love this show………. I don’t think it gets enough publicity or something because I’ve watched it since the very beginning and love it…… My Son hates TV but he watches it, and just named his third child Emily Rose……………. Quite catering to the younger crowd….
It doesn’t seem to matter what I or people like me think of TV shows as I don’t live in the US and ratings elsewhere don’t count. I only hope that Haven doesn’t have any more guest cast members from other now defunct shows. One Eureka castaway (Colin Ferguson) is enough. If we see anyone from Warehouse 13, we will know Haven is doomed. Mind you I think that both Eureka and Warehouse 13 were far superior to other Zombie, drug baron or gang-related violent shows still in production. I wonder how long it will be until the opening sequence… Read more »
Love the show, but expect the ratings to plummet, having it face off against what used to be Monday Night Football, and is now Thursday Night Football. Not to mention that Thursday is one of the biggest nights for network television, and will likely make it too hard for fans of the show to be able to tune into it without upsetting the household’s tv viewing. When networks start bouncing the shows all over the schedule, it is almost guaranteed to reduce the viewership, since people try to tune in when they expect to see it, and it isn’t there… Read more »
I love this show, but agree last season was not their best effort. Look forward to the return, and hope it is equal to or surpasses earlier episodes. If so I would be in for the long haul ~ Supernatural has been able to keep it fresh and alive for nine seasons and the tenth coming up…
I absolutely love anything that Stephen King has a hand in, seeing as this show is based on
” The Colorado Kid ” a book I have yet to read or find.

If you prefer to use another store, I found it using Google for pretty inexpensive prices across all purchasing options. I too LOVE almost anything Stephen King (Except the Girl Who Loved Tom Gordon, that was seriously BORING, and written while he recovered from being hit by that van.) And also love to read the books that tv shows and movies that I like/love are based on, because if I love the show, I will likely love the book that much more. That’s fine. Thanks.
I wish they would take the opportunity of the extended season to make it the last one and wrap up everything properly. Five seasons is a good run for a low rated show and gets it into syndication so tell us the answers to all the questions raised in the first four seasons!
I agree, they should not leave this season on a cliffhanger. Answer everything pressing, and if they do get renewed (fingers crossed) come up with a new mystery that they can spell out in the first episode of that season. When a show is declining in numbers like this one, I hope the writers realize that we, as fans, want and deserve a great finale, for a show that has proven to be nothing but the best all along. I don’t want to see this show “hurry up and end” like some others have done, fully knowing that it was… Read more »
I so agree…I am still appalled that they left Copper (among other shows I’ve watched) on a “cliff” Really makes people distrust all networks and hesitant to want to start new series….
I like this show.keep it going! it’s very interesting and leaves you in suspense!
