Showtime has picked up a fourth season of their showbiz interview series Inside Comedy. David Steinberg will return to interview guests like Stephen Colbert, Michael Keaton, Bryan Cranston, and Dan Aykroyd in the six new episodes.

LOS ANGELES, CA (January 8, 2015) – SHOWTIME has picked up its critically-acclaimed documentary series INSIDE COMEDY, from comedy forces David Steinberg and Steve Carell, for a fourth season slated to premiere later this year. Steinberg will continue as host of the six, half-hour episodes featuring one-of-a-kind interviews with some of the biggest names in pop culture who have captured the zeitgeist of the last several decades.
In addition to Colbert, Keaton, Cranston and Aykroyd, season four will also feature Wanda Sykes, Ted Danson and three-time Emmy nominee writer/comedian Carol Leifer (Seinfeld) – with more names to be announced soon. Each episode of INSIDE COMEDY offers viewers a definitive look inside the career-defining moments, the influences and personal anecdotes of the crème de la crème of the comedy world, along with rare footage of some of their most memorable performances on the stage, television and film.
Carell and Steinberg will continue to serve as executive producers alongside Vance DeGeneres and Charlie Hartsock for Carousel Productions, Alan Zweibel and Josh Etting.
