Me & Mean Margaret has a new cast member. Deadline reports Gavin Stenhouse has been cast in the NBC comedy pilot.
Stenhouse previously appeared on the network’s cancelled spy drama, Allegiance.
From writer Adam Barr, Me & Mean Margaret “follows Margaret, a fiercely candid and often offensive legendary actress, and Ben (Stenhouse), the ambitious 27-year-old lawyer forced to babysit her.” Stenhouse will star opposite Stockard Channing, who has been cast as Margaret.
Ben is being described as “a nice, responsible, hard-working lawyer with a solid plan for his life: make partner, get a killer apartment with his girlfriend, get married.”
