This was not a good start for Monday Mornings. It was the lowest TNT scripted debut in more than a year and lost 40% of lead-in Dallas’ audience.
Cable ratings are typically released within a day or so of the show’s airing, except for in the case of weekends and holidays. They are sometimes harder to come by so there may be occasional delays or gaps.
What do you think? Do you like the new Monday Mornings TV series? Do you think it should be cancelled or renewed for a second season?
Please don’t cancel, my whole families favorite show. I think
I will cry if you do !
Please do not cancel this show. Talk about swings in TV watching my only two that I look forward to see each week; Monday Morning and Big Bang.
Please do not cancel Monday Mornings, it is the most fabulous medical program I have ever seen. Not a lot of foo foo romance, crap, more patient oriented and if I didn’t know
better I would say this is really how a hospital functions. We need more media hype and more stars going on Talk shows to promote the series.
Please please give it one more season and more publicity!!! I found out about it through a friend who was watching it. I’ve never seen one ad on TNT promoting this program. Why is that????
I just found this show by accident recently. I really like this show it is the only weekly show I have been watching. Please do not cancel it!!
Although I don’t watch shows live I could never wait till tuesday morning to watch my monday mornings. It’s sad that the first season ended at 10 episodes and I truely wish for this show to make another apperance next season. The acting was great, medical staff was beleivable and I never once felt like stopping an episode half way because I was bored. I was uncertain about how much I was going to like this new series ‘Monday Mornings’ based on the commercial I saw but decided to give the show a chance anyway. I was very glad I… Read more »
This show stands out among a sea of other programming. Please give it a chance. I agree that viewers who gravitate to this show are not the same viewers who watch Dallas.
Great show. It is so interesting and informative. PLEASE DON’T CANCEL.
I don’t think it’s fair to base the ratings of this show on the Dallas lead-in. Dallas is a soap opera, this show is a drama. The people that watch Monday Mornings are a completely different demographic than those that watch Dallas. I sincerely hope TNT gives Monday Mornings a chance. It’s one of the few shows I watch in real time. It would be a shame to cancel a thought-provoking, well-written, well-acted show like Monday Mornings. It’s just not publicized enough. So many people I know don’t watch cable TV, only watch network TV, and have never heard of… Read more »
Why, when a good thing comes around … Networks decide to cancell them … Ratings are like any thing else, not absolute reliable .. I guess we have no control what the networks do to us .. But I think Monday Mornings is a great show and it should continue …. But I am one opinion 😉
As a medical professional, this is the first medical drama that I can take seriously. Its storyline is believable. The actors portrayal of human emotions beneath their professionalism is unique in this time, when standard of care and trust is under scrutiny. It is a teaching medical drams, and should serve in that capacity. The peer review or “post mortem”, as we call it, is truly excellent. Maybe if the public paid more attention to what actually happens in a hospital setting, they would be more responsible and involved in their own health care. Dr. Gupta adds the credibility and… Read more »
