Are you a fan of Outsiders? WGN America just cancelled the TV series after two seasons. What do you think? Do you think it should have been renewed? Would you watch a third season on another channel?
Airing on Tuesday nights, the Outsiders drama follows the Farrell clan, a tight-knit family who reside in the rugged hills of Appalachia and come into conflict with the surrounding population. The cast includes David Morse, Thomas M. Wright, Ryan Hurst, Joe Anderson, Gillian Alexy, Kyle Gallner, Christina Jackson, Francie Swift, and Phyllis Somerville.
Ratings have never been great for Outsiders, but it’s been one of the highest-rated original scripted shows on WGN America. Currently, season two is averaging a 0.21 rating in the 18-49 demo and 780,000 viewers — down by 26% in the demo when compared to the first season. Now, it seems that the upcoming season two finale, scheduled for April 25th, will also serve as the series finale.
Or, will it? Sony Pictures Television is reportedly shopping a third season of Outsiders to other outlets. The show’s ratings wouldn’t seem to be a strong selling point but, these days, you never know.

Loved the show cannot believe WGN America cancelled it considering the show was getting good ratings needs to be picked up by netflix or some other streaming provider shame to see the show die. ******* IDIOTS
Yes I would love a 3rd season as well as a 4th, 5th, and 6th ect! You can’t judge this or any other show by ratings these. You never know who’s pirating, sharing, or streaming alone or with others! Some like me binge watch entire seasons in 1 or 2 sittings/days by waiting until the finale is aired and streaming them all at once or getting them from someone who’s recorded or downloaded them all! Outsiders Season 3 should definitely happen!!!
You bet I would . This show had me waiting on the days it wasn’t on “ chomping at the bit”! Please bring this show back on! It’s depicts a part of our country that most don’t ever get to see! I loved the part where they were showing the evil corporation woman just how they lived and how all were involved . It’s the way it should be!

Outsiders is a fantastic show..If WGN cancelled it,please shop it around..Just like Underground,a person gets hooked..
Please do a season 3. Loved the show. It was amazing and I will watch again.
I would watch it in a heartbeat! Its not about the channel or the network it’s about the SHOW. Maybe some of the story lines could be construed as controversial, but thats not why i watched it. I watched it for the characters! I want to know what happens to them, its bad enough that we have to wait months and months for the next “season” of any tv show , but then to find out that one of your favorite shows won’t be coming back is just BS! Yes I would watch Outsiders no matter what station it is on. I like the TV series.

We want season 3 it’s not right to leave us hanging on what’s going to happen. I would defiinetly watch on another channel just bring it back..Most people don’t watch because they wait on the DVD to watch all at once(I thought about that) if it isnt able to be played on tv then please release the new season 3 dvd.
I’d love to see this picked up and kept going on another channel!! It is different from all the shows out there!
