Is the Powerless TV show on NBC about to be cancelled? Talk about feeling helpless. The Peacock Network has pulled the final three episodes from its timeslot. Deadline reports Superstore will replace it on Thursdays at 8:30pm
A sitcom airing on the NBC television network Powerless stars Vanessa Hudgens, Alan Tudyk, Danny Pudi, Ron Funches, and Christina Kirk. Emily Locke (Hudgens) is the new Director of Research & Development for Wayne Security, which specializes in products that make defenseless bystanders feel a little safer around super-powered heroes and villains.
The first season of Powerless is averaging a 0.71 in the 18-49 year old viewer demographic and 2.29 million viewers. It is the lowest rated scripted NBC TV show, in terms of both its demo numbers and average total audience size.
There’s no word yet on whether NBC will burn off the final three episode or confirm Powerless is cancelled. When we know more, you will too.

I started watching the show because I like Allen Tudyk’s work. I was hooked from there. Very funny show. Hope to see more.

Powerless is very funny and deserves more tine for people to discover it. Found ut by accident on HULU. Had never heard anything about it before.
I feel powerless against Powerless being cancelled 🙁 it wasn’t a GREAT show but it also wasn’t a terrible show.
Great show, but i cant watch it when it airs. I work 2nd shift. I watch it on nbc app or fandango now app
Watched a few episodes and wasn’t impressed.
They should keep it but air it during the summer should do good against Match game,

I LOVE Powerless. I really funny take on the superhero genre about those without powers affected by those with them. Hope they keep it on the air. I look forward to watching every week.

Sigh. ‘Powerless’ is destined for the same fate as all other smart, brilliant, funny comedies, such as Better Off Ted and Kevin From Work.
I think the show deserves a full first season. Maybe even a renewal for a second one. I don’t think the show is bad, it just needs to up the Humor a bit more.
