It looks like Rosewood is packing it in. Today, it was revealed that the TV show had been cancelled after two seasons.
The crime drama centers on Dr. Beaumont Rosewood Jr. (Morris Chestnut), a charismatic pathologist, who teams up with tough Miami homicide detective Annalise Villa (Jaina Lee Ortiz). The cast also includes Lorraine Toussaint, Gabrielle Dennis, Anna Konkle, Domenick Lombardozzi, and Eddie Cibrian.
Despite an auspicious first season, Rosewood struggled in the ratings during season two. Overall, the sophomore season averaged a 0.66 in the 18-49 demo and 3.03 million viewers. For comparison. season one earned an average rating of 1.34 in the 18-49 demo and 4.79 million viewers. That’s a near 50% drop in the ratings. It seems fans of the FOX series didn’t stick around for season two.

I am so veru very sad it is no longer going to be coming back on it a nice clean crime drama that the whole family can watch it seems like all the nice clean show go but lets keep all the gore, bad lanuage, etc shows. I will miss this show. I have seen shows with less ratings this this
Would like to see season 3 of rosewopd
I am disappointed. Rosewood is an excellent show. Fox moved it out of a good slot only to put it on a Friday when many in the 18-49 age group are out celebrating the end of the week. The best thing about the show was the variety of the personal lives of the characters without it being thrown out to slap the audience in the face. It was a classic show with a mystery, drama, and lots of chuckles at how the family of characters intertwined with the co-workers from the force. Sad, I loved this show. Anticipation that they would finally get together, I’m a happy ending kinda girl. Just when you get into a show they cancel it. Anytime you move a show they loose viewers, 8 of 10 times they cant recover.
I am very disappointed. I looked forward to watching this show. I never missed an episode.
Such a SHAME! Great cast, snappy dialogue AND M.C. After the finale, I couldn’t wait for season 3. Totally bummed. Bad move fox!

I’m upset seeing the show being cancelled. It was a great show with great story line. Too bad it’s over. Really wanted them to get together. I hope another network or Netflix picks it up for a third season.
