Are you a big Sex and the City fan? Deadline reports author Candace Bushnell is developing a follow-up to the iconic HBO TV show.
The original series starred Sarah Jessica Parker, Cynthia Nixon, Kim Cattrall, and Kristin Davis as a group of friends living and dating in New York City. The show ran on HBO for six seasons before ending in 2004.
According to Deadline, Bushnell is developing her upcoming book (Is There Still Sex in the City?) as a TV series for Paramount Television. Bushnell is attached to write the pilot and executive produce.
The book and possible series examines love and dating in New York City after the age of 50.
What do you think? Have you seen Sex and the City? Would you watch a follow-up series?
I am a Sex in the City addict and would watch anything related to that series.
Of course we die hard fans would watch. I think Kim Cattrall would be missing as she has more than once voiced her displeasure with SJP. She had breast cancer on the show so this could have caused her death??? Whatever they could put together I would be there.
I would definitely watch a revised Sex In the City. I love the concept of dating over 50. It would make the series so relative especially since women or men are oftentimes not so obsessed with being married in their 20’s and 30’s.
Fantastic show. All the actors are great. Perhaps you can put this on the regular TV lineups so we don’r have to pay for a subscription.
Yes, as long as all the original actors and actresses return.
how about biological females return in general to television and movies and not people lying about their gender
