The story of the young “star-crossed” lovers is coming to a close. The CW has cancelled Star-Crossed after one season of 13 episodes.
Star-Crossed revolves around a pair of teens — one human (Aimee Teegarden) and one alien (Matt Lanter) — who fall in love and struggle to overcome the discrimination and distrust around them. The rest of the cast includes Grey Damon, Natalie Hall, Malese Jow, Titus Makin Jr., Chelsea Gilligan, Brina Palencia, and Greg Finley.
The series debuted as a mid-season replacement and never took hold in the ratings. The premiere drew a lackluster 0.5 rating in the 18-49 demo with 1.28 million viewers. Subsequent episodes performed even worse, making Star-Crossed one of the network’s lowest-rated shows.
There are just 13 episodes in the season and the finale, titled “Passion Lends Them Power,” will air next Monday night.

Just finished watching this show and loved it. Everyday I couldn’t wait to turn on netflix to watch it. I did not know they only had one season of it. They should really rethink cutting it and bring it back.

Someone approached the creator of the show on Twitter and asked if she could try to get season 2 picked up and she was so cold. Said she wasn’t a network only networks could do that. If the creator of the show doesn’t fight for it why would a network? She doesn’t care because she signed a big 3 year deal with CBS. Its really sad. It’s clearly all about money. I get emails about the ratings and that Izombie show the ratings are terrible. So it should definitely be cancelled.
Ask if you could submit a request for a second season for Star-Crossed! They’ll create a request form for you, and send it in to people who have a say in what shows to grab and whatnot. If enough people will request it, then they’ll start compiling enough money to create a second season!

Please bring the show back! It was so amazing and I absolutely loved it! I watched it on Netflix and was so entrigued that I could not stop watching it until I watched the whole season! The storyline and cast were both so incredible! I would love to see more seasons of this show, please please bring it back!

yes loved the show! fun, modern , fantasy/sci fi. good characters- fun fashion, sophisticated, teen story without being corny.

I would very much like to see it back, you should take into consideration some of your viewers like myself that work in the hospital don’t really have the hours available when the episodes air but I do record and I trying catch up on Netflix or Hulu and was very disappointed that I couldn’t find a second season of Starcrossed.

Just promise to keep Roman and Emery together NOT what they had planned for season two. A love like there’s is what keeps us watching. And Drake and his woman.. Soooo sweet!
