The story of the young “star-crossed” lovers is coming to a close. The CW has cancelled Star-Crossed after one season of 13 episodes.
Star-Crossed revolves around a pair of teens — one human (Aimee Teegarden) and one alien (Matt Lanter) — who fall in love and struggle to overcome the discrimination and distrust around them. The rest of the cast includes Grey Damon, Natalie Hall, Malese Jow, Titus Makin Jr., Chelsea Gilligan, Brina Palencia, and Greg Finley.
The series debuted as a mid-season replacement and never took hold in the ratings. The premiere drew a lackluster 0.5 rating in the 18-49 demo with 1.28 million viewers. Subsequent episodes performed even worse, making Star-Crossed one of the network’s lowest-rated shows.
There are just 13 episodes in the season and the finale, titled “Passion Lends Them Power,” will air next Monday night.

Please bring this show back!! I finished the last episode wanting to go to episode 14 but then I saw there was no episode 14 and was sad. The show stopped on such a cliff hanger. Please bring it back!!! Many people loved this show and shouldn’t of been canceled. Please bring it back!!!
There needs to be a season two. The first season left on a huge Clift hanger. This show was amazing I couldn’t stop watching it. This show has a really good theme and message and is great. Definitely make a season two. There will be a lot of dissapointed people if they don’t.
I think that this show is AMAZING! I never heard of it until I came across it in Netfllix and decided to try it out. I cant stop watching it! I am extremely upset that there will not be more seasons. Television series like this is what this world needs more of. People that are different coming together and uniting especially after the up rising in Baltimore. Another great tv series that got cancelled. What the heck people. I found it on netflix and couldnt turn it off. I ended up watching the whole series in 1 day. Give it another chance and maybe some more advertising

I love this show. I’m now watching it on Netflix and I was hoping for a second season. Unfortunately I think the issue was that there wasn’t enough publicity on this show. There was so much you could relate to in the show. Everything that is doing well has a lot of publicity on social media. I just found out about the show. I’m so disappointed I didn’t get to watch it while it was on TV!

I think that if they renew the show that they should show the trailer on others networks too like the other shows.
I wish they made a second one and had roman and emery together because it would of been perfect him having half Alain and half human baby just like his dad

Seriously the best show that has been made! I want another season! Episode 13 season 1 does have an ending that seems like its clearly missing something (like it seems logic to have a second season)

Great show! I just saw all 13 episodes on Netflix the last two days! 100 times better than any new show I’ve seen in ages. It’s fresh and unique, and the acting is good. In a time where there are far too many crime and stupid reality shows, I really hate to see a show like this canceled! I don’t think its a good move.
I found this show on Netflix and really enjoyed watching it. It’s very disappointing that this show was cancelled. I started with the first episode and couldn’t stop watching until I had watched them all. This was a really good story line and could have gone much farther. It’s really a shame when television shows that are this good are cancelled.
I think there should be a season two this show has so much potential and I can see it going a lot further in the year of 2015 please release the season two just too see how well it does thank you
