Telly’s Take
Sun Records got off to a mediocre start and the ratings dropped quite a bit after that. CMT has very few scripted series and this one attracted about half as many viewers as the first half of season five of Nashville. Sun Records could easily be cancelled.
5/5 Update: CMT has confirmed there will be no season two of Sun Records. Details here.
6/5 Update: The producers are shopping Sun Records, season two, to other outlets. Details here.

What do you think? Should Sun Records be cancelled or renewed for a second season? Would you follow this drama series to The CW or Amazon?
I think you should bring back “Sun Records”. Is nice to no the story of all this rock and roll stars before they were actually famous.
It didn’t have a chance to catch up. Remember Nadhville had an audience already when CMT picked it up. Sun Records is way better than Nashville. Please bring it back!

Bring it back please!!! I loved it!!
I really like the show Sun Records. I think they dragged it a little in the beginning so I think that’s why they lost viewers. It was just starting to get good, I hope they bring it back because I believe the ratings will get better.

This is the best new show that people haven’t been watching!!! I and many of my friends watch it as a group and have told many other friends. Please, please renew or show it somewhere!!! You need to promote as people I told about it had no idea it was being broadcast.
