The CW is starting over on Monday nights. They’ve cancelled both Star-Crossed and The Tomorrow People after one season apiece.
On The Tomorrow People, a teenager (Robbie Amell) discovers that he has paranormal abilities. He also learns that others like him have gone into hiding because they’re being hunted by a paramilitary group of scientists known as Ultra. The rest of the cast includes Luke Mitchell, Peyton List, Aaron Yoo, Mark Pellegrino, and Madeleine Mantock.
The drama debuted back in October and aired on Wednesday nights, paired with the network’s popular Arrow series. It performed well in the beginning but the ratings fell over the course of the season, dropping as low as a 0.4 rating in the 18-49 demographic and 1.24 million viewers.
The series moved to Monday nights and lost even more viewers. In last April, The Tomorrow People hit a series low, drawing just 760,000 viewers.
The season (now series) finale, which aired this week, left plenty of story opportunities for a second season but it won’t be happening.

I loved this show, watched it on netflix and was really hoping there was a season 2. why is it all they good shows with original story lines get canceled? and dumb as hell reality shows and shows like whats her face the virgin or switched at birth or the million cop drama shows stay on for like 7 seasons? come on people aren’t you tired of watching the same thing over and over. This show is awesome. There are so many different things they could do in additional seasons. I would love to see more seasons

Great show, seriously, i loved it and i do not like many shows now a days since almost all the good once get canceled for some reason … so very disappointed that the aren’t making a second season of The Tomorrow People, I have the same feeling when I found out that they aren’t going to make a second season then when Hillary blew herself up, Felt so sad. Im going to stop watching any tv shows because clearly every company rids us of the best shows and bores us with the worst shows! This show was the best and I was hooked from the beginning! People must realize that we can’t just stop our lives to watch a tv show at a particular time of a certain day. Netflix viewers should be considered because I know I’ll probably watch thus series a few times because it is so good! Stupid tv networks! Especially CW! Yall suck!
The producers who are in charge and decided to cancel The Tomorrow People are stupid. I just finished watching season 1 on Netflix watching every episode back to back until the last episode in 2 days and was blown away. This show is awesome. Went online to find out when the 2nd season would air and couldn’t believe that these moron producers canceled a very good show. SMH…..
Extremely disappointed in the cw, besides the 100 this is one of their best shows. I really hope this is temporary and it will eventually air once again.
I just finished season one on Netflix and was so excited to see if season two had aired, but was so disappointed to find out that the show was canceled! I’m absolutely in love with this show. I really hope that they decide to make a new season. I mean there are barely any good shows anymore and The Tomorrow People is fantastic! I give it a five star rating…

I am very disappointed to hear that The Tomorrow People Season 2 won’t happen. It was a great show, I don’t know how you were losing viewers as the weeks passed?? I watched it all the way through on Netflix in 2 days. So having almost 1 million viewers is not enough to keep something going? I was so upset to hear that The Tomorrow People was canceled for a season two. It was such a great show that I sat here and watched the whole season, all 22 episodes back to back. This is the second show that The CW has canceled That I really enjoyed. Star – Crossed was another show that was canceled as well. I am beginning to see a pattern here. They should make a second season of “The Tomorrow People” and sure it’s only 750 but if you guys think, it grows as you keep creating new seasons and I really hope you guys make a second season

Cw sucks. This was a great show. Found it on Netflix and finished it in two days. Loved the ending and went to look for a season 2 premier date to find out its been canceled! Bring it back. Plenty of other dumb shows you can cancel
This show was amazing. I have no clue why anyone would want to cancel it. I just got done watching season 1 on Netflix just a little bit ago. And I loved it. Just curious as to why Anyone would want to not make a season 2.
