The CW is starting over on Monday nights. They’ve cancelled both Star-Crossed and The Tomorrow People after one season apiece.
On The Tomorrow People, a teenager (Robbie Amell) discovers that he has paranormal abilities. He also learns that others like him have gone into hiding because they’re being hunted by a paramilitary group of scientists known as Ultra. The rest of the cast includes Luke Mitchell, Peyton List, Aaron Yoo, Mark Pellegrino, and Madeleine Mantock.
The drama debuted back in October and aired on Wednesday nights, paired with the network’s popular Arrow series. It performed well in the beginning but the ratings fell over the course of the season, dropping as low as a 0.4 rating in the 18-49 demographic and 1.24 million viewers.
The series moved to Monday nights and lost even more viewers. In last April, The Tomorrow People hit a series low, drawing just 760,000 viewers.
The season (now series) finale, which aired this week, left plenty of story opportunities for a second season but it won’t be happening.

When season one comes out on DVD and Blu-ray, I won’t buy them or order them online until the crew members find another channel to pick it up for a second season.
Please bring it back for 2015-2016 season!
also… maybe you should wait to cancel a show after seeing how they fair after being on netflix… a lot of shows get a spike after being uploaded to netflix, at least a visible one… its more about computers now anyway… i haven’t turned on an actual tv in years…
why… i was so addicted to this show… it had so much potential to be one of the greatest on the cw, next to smallville… maybe its just me… the plot needed a bit of tweaking… but nothing that couldn’t have been done in a second season… but now there is nothing… no chance… and i already became attached… starcrossed wasnt bad either…
U people need to bring back the tomorrow people season 2…that tv series is good a lot of fans like it please bring it back

The Tomorrow People was one of the best that I have seen lately. I don’t watch T.V. much so that is saying a lot. It kept me glued to my seat just so I would not miss any of it. I’m so mad they cancelled this show my whole house hold use to watch it they didn’t even say it was there last and 1st season on tv im PIST AT THE PEOPLE just because people stop watching DOSEN’T mean anything put is back on the CW. kids use to go to school and talk about this show in school in free time you people are a DISAPPOINTMENT and DISGRACE
