The CW is starting over on Monday nights. They’ve cancelled both Star-Crossed and The Tomorrow People after one season apiece.
On The Tomorrow People, a teenager (Robbie Amell) discovers that he has paranormal abilities. He also learns that others like him have gone into hiding because they’re being hunted by a paramilitary group of scientists known as Ultra. The rest of the cast includes Luke Mitchell, Peyton List, Aaron Yoo, Mark Pellegrino, and Madeleine Mantock.
The drama debuted back in October and aired on Wednesday nights, paired with the network’s popular Arrow series. It performed well in the beginning but the ratings fell over the course of the season, dropping as low as a 0.4 rating in the 18-49 demographic and 1.24 million viewers.
The series moved to Monday nights and lost even more viewers. In last April, The Tomorrow People hit a series low, drawing just 760,000 viewers.
The season (now series) finale, which aired this week, left plenty of story opportunities for a second season but it won’t be happening.

This is one of the best shows I’ve seen there needs to be a second season there was more then enough room at the end for then to make an amazing second season!!

This show was the best, they never should’ve cancelled it.

The show should not have been cancelled at least start it back on cw seed. You just left us hanging.
This was so could, Watched the original British TV series enjoyed it as a child and loved this new version even more, the characters, special affects, was so looking forward to this being a long and on going programme so very disappoint to find it was cancelled, BRING IT BACK, PLEASE!!

I’m one of those people that has to see the end of things. And with that massive cliffhanger and finding out there’s no season 2 I’m kinda mad.
The Tommorow People Was one of my favorite TV shows. Was waiting so eagerly for the next season. Then heard that they had cancelled the show.
It was a great show. Cancelling it was not a great thing from the part of CW.
I feel there should be a next season. A lot of people waiting for that.
Couldn’t agree more thought it was brilliant, wanted to watch this when they advertised it, saw the original British TV series, loved it when I was a child.
And loved it even more, thought Steven was great, wonderful, and was gobsmacked when I found out it had been cancelled, bring it back.
Tomorrow People is by far my favorite TV series that has ever been made. I was sad to here that there was not going to be a season two. If there was a season two I would definitely watch it!

I really liked this show.I do think if they could get most if not all the same cast it would be worthwhile. Give it a little twist and add some things like the 100 & 4400 had in them.

I can see why star-crossed was cancelled…..it was horrible…was cool at first but became bad…..the tomorrow people on the other hand was a GREAT SHOW…..season 2 was already confirmed, and now it got cancelled for no real good reason…..such BS……BS BS BS BS BS…this is why i dont do TV shows and only movies because you get attached and then they stick the knife in your back….then….they pull out the knife and shove it up ur @ss
Why would they cancel the tomorrow people!?! i was seriously inlove with season 1, i loved all the actors and actress! after the last episode i was very much looking forward to season 2, this makes me so angry. They cancel the best shows and bring on tv a show called the habibs ? like i did not find that show funny or interesting. I WISH FOR A SEASON 2 !!!!!!!!
