This one doesn’t come as a surprise (unless you’re Larry King). CBS has cancelled Vegas after one low rated season. Dennis Quaid and company won’t be back for season two.
The series finale, titled “Sons of Nevada,” airs tonight.
What do you think? Are you sorry that Vegas has been cancelled? Why do you think that more people didn’t watch?
Cbs executives you are a bunch of idiots for cancelling vegas oneof the best shows on network tv.i have had it no more cbs viewing for me.i hope tnt which does dallas and southland pick it up or maybe amt.maybe somebody could figure out a new concept of possibly make it a pay per view or put it on showtime which is affiliated with cbs.damn it i just dont want the show to end.cbs your demographics surveys show young viewership is not strong than sell ad time to companies that have products that cater to older viewers.
BIG MISTAKE, ONE OF THE SHOWS REALLY WORTH WATCHING AND ALWAYS LOOKED FORWARD TO THE NEXT WEEK. BRING IT BACK
I can’t believe they canceled this show…you get a real good show and it get’s canceled…yet shows like the Living Dead about Zombies eating each other keep showing. The Networks cater to the young…I hope one of the other Net Works picks the show up….I have two words for CBS you stink
VEGAS TV show please email, ‘share’, tweet, Link IN, 1,343 like “VEGAS”. I like VEGAS!… it has a lot of 1960’s songs on sound track… Vegas and Southland were both cancelled but 2 Broke Girls and Two and a Half Men were renewed? “We are either a team or we’re not!” … https://www.facebook.com/pages/Vegas-TV-Show/439361606114212?fref=ts please share
My husband and I love this show. Great story line. Someone PLEASE pick it up!!!!!
I love this show I watch Vegas and Blue Bloods that is it on regular tv……….someone please bring this back very disappointed my husband loved the “commish” so did I come on they renew The Mentalist please ……………and cancel this ……..oh boy
Vegas was my favorite show! I guess we’ll have nothing but reality and lame comedy shows to watch.
This was a very good show, we loved it. Hate to see it end. I always thought TV was supposed to be Entertainment, not Gimme The Money.
Darn! At least Nashville was finally given a second year. The Good Wife is now the only CBS show I (and my $100,000 income) will be watching next year. I know the cast salaries were expensive, but if TNT can produce Dallas and make a profit on 4 million viewers… TNT are you listening?
hate to here a good show like Vegas didn’t make it. I guess we will soon see a new show following people around with a camera and call it realality. let me change my opening thought, IT SUCKS THANK YOU CBS
so upset,loved this show,please TNT,TBS….pick it up…somebody!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
This is becoming the norm with TV and those who follow the only thing $. This show cost money to produce and they were not making money. I hate TV today as they do this crap on a regular basis.
So sad to see them cancel this show. Did they ever bother to look the ratings in the age range above 49- we baby boomers which are the largest segment in the country? Like so many other great shows that got the ax such as Shark with James Wood and Three Rivers a couple of years ago, it will be replaced with some vulgar comedy or stupid reality show. Thank goodness they haven’t dumped Blue Bloods! Guess I’ll have more time for reading.
I am extremely disappointed with the CBS executives for their decision to cancel the VEGAS television series. It seems that CBS would prefer to keep idiotic series on the air and cancel a series that dealt with the historical development of Las Vegas, Nevada. If the decision makers would have done research on the real Sheriff Ralph Lamb then they would have seen how far this series could have gone. There is only one other show that I watch on CBS(NCIS) and I will not watch anymore CBS programs because of the incompetent decision makers that cancelled the VEGAS television… Read more »
I LOVE Vegas, cannot believe it is cancelled. So much better than other shows still running.
