There’s no rest for the wicked. And it seems there’s certainly no rest for the characters in Wicked City, ABC’s upcoming crime procedural.
The network just released a new promo for the show which premieres on October 27. Set in Los Angeles in 1982, the drama will follow an unlikely group of police detectives, journalists, drug dealers, and clubbers who must team together against a Sunset Strip serial killer played by Ed Westwick.
In the sneak peek, you can see two detectives, played by Jeremy Sisto and Gabriel Luna, discover a gruesome “gift” from the killer (think the ending of Seven).
The series is slated for 10 episodes and will also star Erika Christensen, Taissa Farmiga, and Evan Ross.

What do you think? Is Wicked City something you’d watch?
My grown daughter and I enjoyed Wicked City very much and we were sorry to see it end. Bring it back on!! We want to see the rest of the series. Not fair to your viewers at all.
Jack the ripper, Zodiac, the Boston stranger, helter skelter, ted bundy, the green river killer, etc were never removed or subjected to this kind of stuff. So, why was this show cancelled?
I think ithis show needs to be seen in full. People need to know how Law in force ment catch the bad guy. And see what these bad guy are really like. To cancel now would be a crime it self.
Hope Wicked City won’t last that long. 🙁
