Hank Galliston (Anthony Edwards) is the publisher of Modern Skeptic Magazine. He’s spent his career following clues, debunking myths and cracking conspiracies. But when his beautiful wife, Laila (Jacinda Barrett), is abducted from her antique clock shop, Hank gets pulled into a more compelling mystery than he could have imagined, one that stretches around the world and back centuries.
Contained in one of his wife’s clocks is a treasure map, and what it leads to could be cataclysmic. It’s up to Hank to decipher the symbols and unlock the secrets of the map. While doing so, he must ensure that the answers don’t fall into the wrong hands — like those of a sinister, mysterious man known only as White Vincent (Michael Nyqvist).
Hank, along with his two young associates — Rachel (Addison Timlin) and Arron (Scott Michael Foster)– and FBI agent Rebecca “Beck” Riley (Carmen Ejogo), embark on a race against the clock to not only find his wife, but to save humanity.
Episode #13 — Spring
Arriving at the entrance to New Jerusalem, Hank, Beck, Arron and the Shepherds know it’s now or never to find Rachael and stop Melanie “Mother” Lynch’s plan before it’s too late. But when the team unlock the doors, what they find is unimaginable. With faith shaken and time running out, it’s up to Hank and the team to take down Lynch and save the world before it’s too late.
First aired: August 3, 2013.
What do you think? Do you like the Zero Hour TV series? Are you sorry that the show has been cancelled?
Really? Cancelled, Really? I find a good suspense mystery and after 3 shows it gets pulled. Nothing on the air except mindless reality crap. Who makes the decisions for the viewers? My whole family was into this show. Sad. There were only 13 episodes and the series actually had a finale. Bad choice to not let it run. Why not bring it back.
couldn’t believe that after only 3 episodes this show was cancelled. i was checking weekly to see when it was back on and thought i was just missing it or something. i’m blown away that they would do this to such a great show and i’m very angry about it. don’t understand why this was done so hastily
I can’t understand why you keep taking good shows off the air. Absolute crap. So disappointed in ABC right now.
This was my favorite new show. Are you going to leave us hanging ?
Really getting into it & great cast. ABC impatient…..maybe sy-fi will pick it up. Better that all the reality shows. Another network mistake & ‘Touch’ is still on.
Was getting into the show. Why do not they let the show grow. Hope someone picks it up.
Why did this show get cancelled? Because of the theme I thought they were taking a break until after the change in the Vatican and Easter were over. I had no idea this show was cancelled. Where can I get the rest of this series? If it will not be aired at least put it out there so we can purchase the series and see what happened! The characters were more personable than most reality TV stars out there. Why cancel a series that challenges the viewer to think outside the box rather than turn your brain to mush? We… Read more »
ABC is foolish in not allowing a TV show like Zero Hour some time to catch on. Viewers don’t always tune in right away and early numbers probably weren’t that good. But ratings have never proven whether a show is getting to the masses or not. Star Trek, Cagney and Lacey, and many other thought provoking shows have had rough starts. Star Trek with its “bumpy” road has taken the TV and Big Screen where no one has gone before. Zero Hour was just stating to get good and I am sure that it would have been a great show.… Read more »
Please bring it back. Luckily I Tivoed the 1st 3 episodes because I work at night – it’s one of the best things on TV. Run them on TV, put out a Netflix DVD or at least make them downloadable on the computer. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE
I caught this show by luck, had never seen any advertisement for it and was blown away by the quality of the locations and the way it was shot made it look like an extremely huge budget quality series and cannot believe I haven’t been able to find it since. My father even came over while I was watching it and was blown away as well and we both are so unhappy to have found that it has been cancelled. I cannot imagine why the network has not promoted this series, they are dumping a quality program that just needs… Read more »
It is sad to see a great show cancelled after only 3 episodes. What is abc thinking? Maybe, they do not have patience. But how do they expect viewers to wait patiently for a good show and turn around and leave us wanting. We will lose patience with this type of action and choose other networks. If you can’t stand by the product and air it, why not take advantage of your website and give us the rest of the season. We are waiting!
Zero Hour is definitely a keeper. ABC – bring it back, don’t leave us hanging after just three of the thirteen episodes.
ABC put Zero Hour back on it was your only real hit in my mind. The only other shows we watch on ABC are Once upon a Time and Nashville. It is very annoying that you can’t give the show a chance. You finally created a rather sophisticated show, rather a cross between Da Vinci Code and National Treasure that had us on the edge of our seats for three episodes.
Who ever runs your company needs to be fired and get someone in their with vision.
I just started watching the first 3 episodes. I love this show. Those of us who like thinking type shows need this show. WE NEED THIS SHOW!!!!!!
Now we know why CBS is on top. ABC finally aired an intelligent thought provoking suspenseful show (Zero Hour), and I’m guessing that either the ratings didn’t jump…or they had complaints. Either way, ABC made a mistake by cancelling Zero Hour. Zero Hour was well written and thought out. It reminded me of the “Da Vinci Code and National Treasure” Movies. NBC is falling apart, and ABC is close behind. My kid watches “Grimm” on NBC, and “Once Upon A Time” on ABC, and got me hooked too…lol. This brings me back to why CBS is on top. They have… Read more »
