TV show description:
Every parent thinks that they know their baby very well but this game show puts their knowledge to the test. On each episode, five families with toddlers (between the ages of two to three-and-a-half years old) play to see how well they can guess their child’s next move in the hopes of earning money towards their college fund.

The game takes place on two stages — the first is a shiny game show studio with a cheering audience and where one parent places a bet. On the other stage, the second parent takes the child to a play room called “The Babydome.” Here, the child determines the outcome of the game but is completely unaware of the stakes that are on the line.

Each family plays a self-contained, individual challenge against the house (they’re only competing against themselves, not against other families). Later on, the five families return to play for the chance to advance to the final round — “Smash for Cash” — in which parents of one toddler will have five tries to hammer open piggy banks, one of which contains a $50,000 college fund.

I suspect it’s because they shoot many segments in one or multiple days and then, based on what kind of footage they get, they mix and match segments for multiple episodes. They can only do that if she wears the same outfit.

Love the show. All those babies are adorabl. A nice change. I still think Melissa needs a new outfit.

I would also like to know why the host wears the same outfit every episode??? If they tape a few shows in one night they could still have her change!

I suspect that they film a lot of segments in one day and then later decide which sets of parents will be grouped together for the elimination round.
