It’s almost last call for the cast and crew of ABC‘s Mixology sitcom. The network has cancelled the new series after 11 airings.
A comedy, Mixology revolves around 10 people on one night in a trendy New York bar. The cast includes Adam Campbell, Adan Canto, Alexis Carra, Craig Frank, Ginger Gonzaga, Blake Lee, Vanessa Lengies, Andrew Santino, Frankie Shaw, and Kate Simses.
Airing after Modern Family on Wednesday nights, Mixology debuted to a 1.7 rating in the 18-49 demographic with 4.98 million viewers. Those numbers aren’t bad but considering the lead-in, the ratings should have been better. They quickly dropped in subsequent weeks, likely sealing its fate.
Of the cancellation, co-star Shaw tweeted, “Sad day. Love to all you #Mixology fans. Keep watching! Great episodes left, esp the finale. xoxoxoxo”
There are two unaired episodes remaining and they are expected to run on May 14th and May 21st.

I Loved Mixology, I feel they never gave it a chance. I was sad when it got cancelled.
Just watched this show for the first time, it was hilarious and l’m watching it again for the second time. It’s that good! I wish they would bring it back!!!!
Yes, this show is most definitely deserving of a comeback. Year is 2020 and guess what!? Yup, I managed to find all of season 1 and re watching it since 2013, boy OH BOY!! THIS SHOW TAKES ME BACK. The humor, quick whit, tenacity, and overall character presented by some of these characters is unbelievably and truly realistically HILARIOUS. Only a moron or a Debbie- downer would get offended so easily, these jokes are pretty risque but hey what good knee slapping comedy isn’t? Mixology season 2 2020 let’s make it happen.
It is one of the best sitcoms I have ever watched. I am shocked to realize there are no further seasons!! Please bring it back ABC!!
Please please please bring this show back! It’s so funny and realistic! I’m actually watching the whole season for the second time! I’m so glad that ABC put it out again! This show can definitely have a second season and more!!!
Great show and very funny. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE BRING IT BACK, LIKE ASAP! This was way better than all the stupid reality shows on tv nowadays. Plus it was different than the normal tv shows, I mean, my husband even enjoyed it, it was our show.
I usually never comment. but mixology is funny, clever, intelligent and hilarious! Please do a second season. One of the most undated brilliant shows ever

I disagree with their decision to cancel it. It was raw, funny, to the point and had a strange accurate depiction of real life including some popular topics into their script. Mixology became our “water cooler conversation” and I can only hope somehow, they begin to air it again.
This is my all-time favorite show!! I’ve never laughed or cried so hard. This show is so witty and it essentially made my life better. I fell in love with these characters and I need a season two asap!!!!!

Honestly I have not been hooked on to a show like this ever. I felt like it was a great show. Please make another season. What will become of the characters and there new companions
