It was a solid launch for the new comedy. It lost 23% of the demo audience from lead-in Big Bang Theory. However, ¡ROB! outperformed the season premiere of Rules of Engagement by 14% and December’s last original episode of Rules by 52%.
It was also a significant improvement for CBS (up 41% in the demo) when compared to last year’s ratings for now-cancelled $#*! My Dad Says. Unless the show seriously declines in the next couple weeks, it looks like the network may finally have found a compatible partner for Big Bang.
Note: These ratings are collected by the Nielsen company and are the final national numbers. These are different from the fast affiliate numbers which are just estimates of the actual ratings and are reported on by most other outlets. The final nationals are typically released within 24 hours of the programming or, in the case of weekends and holidays, a couple days later.

I love this show it is great i hope it gets a second season
My family loves Rob I am white and my husband is hispanic so we can relate to Rob and Maggie. My son loves when Hector says best friends. Please renew it for a second season, we are sad it is the season final. bring it back their is not much on we enjoy as a family watching on tv. Rob is one of the best shows on tv.
Rob schnieder isnt that funny, the show is lmao hilarious, but its pretty good, and it has a very likable cast which is the show’s saving grace, which reflects its main character Rob, who isnt the funniest, but people like him and has charisma….this show is much better than Two and a Half men today with Ashton,
BORING, BORING, BORING hate this show needs to be cancelled and bring back rules of engagement way more funnier, so yes cancel the Rob show it is boring, stupid just not funny at all………….
This show gives me a headache! I hate having to watch this in the background while my gay friends enjoy it so much. This show is like a parrakie that just wont shut up. No intelligent person would think this show is watchable. You will loose brain cells on this show I promise!
I can take it or leave it. Sometimes it is not that funny. Plus the main female character is not even Mexican. They could not find a Mexican to play the roll? Should be authentic.
I would cancel this show, however, I am not a fan of TV sit-Coms. Perhaps, if the show did not have the fake laugh tracks prompting people to laugh.
It would be nice if CBS replayed it with a renewed version of That Was the Week that Was in the early 60’s (Watched them in at a TV Library.) The show was political and timely but it skewered both right left and center. Sadly, LBJ had it cancelled (or so I was told by putting pressure on the advertisers back then.)
Love it, good honest fun. Hope te nextwork doesnt cancel another good show.
Terrible show. bring back rules.
I love the show …is very funny …
Love the show! Very funny and would love to see more!!!!
My husband and I love the show. I am the latin puertorican wife and he’s the Gringo from Michigan. We’d being together for 15 years; the show really relates to our life.
We expect a new season!
How can one possibly expect a genetic similarity between actors of any race? They got their job for their talent, not looks.
I love it!!!, I can’t stop watching, I have to be at home on time to watch the show. Great actors, Hector is great, me and my family, we love it. Please more, more seasons.
This show is very funny Rob and Hector are lovely, and I hope to see the second season thanks CBS to do something different.
