Hosted by legal analyst Matthew J. O’Connor, this darkly comic docu-series follows couples who need some extra help in making their dreams a reality. They’re presented with a series of Faustian bargains and must decide to complete scandalous and controversial tasks involving their unsuspecting friends, families, and co-workers to win cash prizes.
The couples’ moral and ethical boundaries are tested with each challenge. The couples must weigh the potential havoc wreaked on their relationship with each other and with everyone involved. As each task is completed, the stakes and the cash value are raised, forcing the couple to decide how far they’re willing to go for money.
Episode #8 — Here Comes the Bride
Dating couple Jason and Melanie from Cleveland, Ohio, are ready to get married and settle down, but first they want to hit the open road and travel across the country. Host and legal analyst Matthew J. O’Connor presents the couple with two scandalous and controversial tasks involving their unsuspecting friends and families for various cash prizes. How do my fiancé and I sign up one next season? We are saving for a wedding and to get some repairs done on our house. We have and interesting relationship that could give the producers good ideas on how to trick our friends and family. He is Lebanese and Brazilian, I’m White born and raised in Michigan. Wow – talk about selling your soul to the Devil. This show is a perfect example of the love of money being the root of all evil!
Me and my spouse would absolutely love to be on the show. Please tell me how we can do that? Very much in debt and want to be able to afford things for our daughter. We aren’t able to afford things for her like other kids. Please direct me where to go to get on the show.
