Though it was still performing well, it looked like Army Wives was going to be cancelled last year. Lifetime brought it back but with some cast changes. Will the new stories and characters be well-received by fans or is it time for the venerable drama to say goodbye? We’ll have to wait and see.
Army Wives typically airs on Sunday nights and Lifetime has ordered 13 episodes this time (vs 23 last season). The cast includes Catherine Bell, Terry Serpico, Brooke Shields, Brian McMamara, Kelli Williams, Wendy Davis, Sterling K. Brown, Alyssa Diaz, Joseph Julian Soria, Torrey DeVitto, Burgess Jenkins, Ashanti, Joshua Henry, Elle McLemore, and Jesse McCartney.

What do you think? Do you still like the Army Wives TV series? Do you think that it should be cancelled or renewed for an eighth season?
Please keep Army Wives ! The show has been amazing even though I have been watching since the very beginning and was a bit skeptical on a cast change it was a good move . The military is about change and new people and bringing in the new cast in my opinion was a smart call I just think its going to have to be advertised more because I know that we live on a military base and tons of women have never even heard about it when they think of lifetime they think of their grandmas soaps and lifetime… Read more »
Love Army Wives, please keep the shows coming!!!!!!!!!!!
Yes I think army wives should continue! Even with the new characters, the story lines are just as intriguing. people start watching a show at different seasons, so newcomers don’t miss the original characters.
Please renew Army Wives, my husband and 95-year old Dad also love the series…what happened to the 5/26/13 episode…….it’s a great series.
Please bring season 8. In fact add on to season 7. I am not happy with Roland’s ultimatum for Joan. So unfair and out of character .New characters are great..
I too have been watching Army Wives since season 1. Please keep it going for season 8. It makes Sunday nights for me tolerable. As a teacher, and Sunday nights being rough, Army Wives makes ends my night on a great note. Please keep it going.
Please renew Army Wives! Having the cast die or move to another base keeps it real. One of my fav shows!
Army Wives is the best show that relates to real life events and issues concerning military wives, there is so much story there and very beneficial. Keep Army Wives going.
Army Wives is getting better now than it was when it first aired… there needed to be fresh faces and new relationship challenges and toss ups and things going a little haywire, like with Gloria and Hector and Patrick. There needed to be a loose teenager like Caroline and a step mom for heavens sakes, now these people feel more relatable. It would be a shame to cancel them when you are just getting started with them, as it is to order 13 episode instead on 23 was a bit pessimistic… we are just learning to fall in love with… Read more »

I love army wives. Please renew the show.
I love Army Wives. I have been watching this show since season 1. Please renew for season 8. It’s one of my favorite shows.
Renew for season 8, love watching Army Wives
I am definitely loving the new cast please renewed for season 8. Also the ratings is getting better considering no one really knew about season 7 I thought season 6 was the last one
Claudia Joy was never my fave character it was all about Roxy. That being said I thought the new cast would be too many changes, but I find myself loving it still and it’s made it fresh and how much more could’ve happened with and for the old characters. Keep it going…yes to season 8+
