Bo has some amazing abilities but unfortunately they didn’t help save her series. NBC has cancelled the Believe TV show after one season.
Believe revolves around a young girl who has special abilities and the adults who are trying to protect her. The cast includes Johnny Sequoyah, Jake McLaughlin, Delroy Lindo, Kyle MacLachlan, Jamie Chung, and Arian Moayed.
The series got off to a positive start, thanks to its premiere airing on a Monday night after NBC’s top-rated show, The Voice. Unfortunately only about 60% of that episode’s audience decided to tune in to watch the second episode six days later.
The ratings kept falling lower each week. This week’s installment of Believe drew just a 1.0 demo rating with 4.33 million viewers. Those numbers were just too low to justify ordering a second season.
On the positive side, it appears that NBC plans to order all of the remaining four episodes.
What do you think? Are you sorry that Believe hasn’t been renewed for a second season?
This is a very good show. It’s something children can watch without nightmares!
I hope you will reconsider.
My husband and I are very disappointed. What is wrong with you. This is a good wholesome show. You choose to eave shows that are unmoral and disgusting on but take off this show. I sincerely hope you reconsider your cancellation and return this show to the network for viewing.
Very disappointed, I love this show, never missed an episode. I can’t “Believe” this show was not picked up for another season. NBC = No Brains Channel. Go figure!
What is wrong with you NBC? This is a great family show.
My sentiments, too, Zurea. NBC = No Brains Collective. Let’s have another REEE-ALITEE show!! I can’t be the only one sick of these wastes of time.
Please, whoever you are-intelligent person at NBC-please DO NOT cancel this show!!!!
I agree !! Why do they always cancel shows that actual have some substance to them. This was a great family show about being a good person and helping others. God knows we need more shows like this not less!!
This was one of the shows my family really looked forward too on Sunday evenings. We truly enjoyed the drama and thought Johnny was an excellent young actress. We were really looking forward to the second season. It truly is a shame the show was cancelled.

still listed on NBC no cancelled.
It may seem like it is still on by being able to view the first season’s listing of its episodes; but by no means, does it indicate a second season for its viewers. Let’s continue to get the message to NBC that We LOVE the show and its captivating storyline, and we want it to continue in the second season and thereafter!
I absolutely love this series, best thing I’ve seen on tv for ages, what’s happened to it, where had it gone? I love watching this, bring it back.
ALL here please also take time to say the same things ON NBC’s page as they are very unlikely to read the ones here. Bottom of page has Contact US, and then it takes you to a page where you select a cancelled show such as Believe and also Revolution, you place your name in just like here, and then your comments. Please everyone here tell THEM – NBC- what you feel/think and how it will affect your watching of their network
Yes indeed!!! In numbers, we can impress upon the Studio Executives that the majority rules if we all come together to make our feelings known. Believe is a program deserving of air time and we the viewers are deserving of quality television that allows for our viewing pleasure for its content 🙂
Join the great many of us who want to see Believe back on for a second season and many more for our enjoyment. We the fans can band together to let NBC know on http://www.NBC/shows.com website and click at the bottom of the site “We Want Your Opinion” and have our opinions presented to them. You may not get an answer but at least your viewer opinion is documented and that matters 🙂
I don’t watch to much TV but I really liked this show. It was very interesting and I would find myself lost in the TV, not paying attention to anything else around me. There’s not many TV shows that I can get into like that. I even started paying for the app. Hulu so I could watch the show there when I missed it on air. The only thing that I would have changed is for you to air it an hour earlier. I have work early in the morning so I would miss the show because I couldn’t stay… Read more »
Why is it always the really amazing shows I love watching end up canceled after 1 season? We are tired of the same crap over and over. I don’t know why I bother paying for cable at all they don’t keep anything on tv worth watching!
You are not alone in your feelings! Anyone writing on this site feels exactly the same way. We need our voices to be unison in letting NBC know their big mistake in canceling Believe especially when it truly was watched by so many. It is quite evident from this site that all the Comments are in great support of this show. Let’s keep the ball rolling collectively to encourage this show remain!
No more reality shows….this was a a wonderful show! Stop being greedy and actually put something on air that is not full the same crap (reality TV) we can see just by watching the news or YouTube!
