Get ready for more of those big Reagan family dinners. CBS has renewed Blue Bloods for a sixth season.
Blue Bloods revolves around the Irish-American Reagan family and their work as part of the NYPD. The cast includes Tom Selleck, Donnie Wahlberg, Bridget Moynahan, Will Estes, Len Cariou, Amy Carlson, Sami Gayle, Vanessa Ray, and Marisa Ramirez.
A cornerstone of the CBS schedule on Friday nights, Blue Bloods has been down slightly in season five. The show’s been averaging a 1.29 rating in the 18-49 demographic (down 8%) but is averaging a whopping 11.29 million viewers, consistently making it the most-watched show on network television on Friday nights.

I absolutely love bluebloods I just started watching the reruns of it and went out and bought season one and two I sit and watch the marathon all weekend and every Thursday bring it on!!! Use keep airing it and I’ll keep watching it and buying all the seasons!!!

I watch blue bloods all the time. On my cable they have blue blood marathon on Thursday on ion TV. It’s my favorite show the Sunday dinners are one of my favorite parts of the show. Awesome

my sisters and I gather together every Friday night….for a late dinner and to watch our favorite show, Blue Bloods. Please keep it on. It is wholesome and and family/faith based. There is too much trash/reality TV already… Can’t wait til the new season begins!!

I actually like the show. And the fact that they are an Irish family with morals and belief in prayer is pretty cool too. I don’t see any reason to stop yet. Plus, I grew up watching Magnum, and Tom Selleck still a bad-ass. 🙂
its absolutely ridiculous to cancel the best playing program on network TV on Friday nights. But CBS has a history for doing this to the viewers dedicated to these programs. Seems we can put our opinions as much as we want. But they will do what they want. I always cringe when I find a program I truly love and then discover its on CBS. I always reply with, don’t expect it to last.

Yes, keep the show going. I love Blue Bloods…..I can’t get enough of it. Love the whole cast and it’s nice to see a wholesome show on TV with a family that has values. There isn’t alot of that on TV anymore.
I agree one of the best for CBS If N,C,S,I, Can do 8 series why not Blue Bloods?
