What do you think? Do you like Boss TV series? Do you think that it should be cancelled or renewed for a third season?
I don’t think it should be cancelled, the cast and writing are superb.
I just think Starz isn’t putting enough in advertising,I haven’t seen one word
About it in any publications I read, and I’m not knocking Starz but they aren’t as
Big as HBO? Kelsey Grammer is killing it,his acting is great!!!!
The rest of the cast has done a great job as well.
I don’t think Friday is a good day for the show but that’s just my 0.02
Please don’t cancel the show, spread the word.
Good show… uneven in spots, but overall, well done, Starz! As a premium subscription channel, with BOSS, MAGIC CITY, and, to a lesser extent, the various SPARTACUS series, are quite gratifying. (I think Roger Corman must love these channels.)
All that said, tvseriesfinale.com is in serious need of a proof-reader!
Boss is the best show since The Sopranos, although I love it even more. It just can not be cancelled at the end of season two! Please! The writing and acting (entire cast, and especially Grammer), are superb. The storyline is completely believable, compelling, and above all, intelligent. Boss is worthy of every Emmy out there and it is beyond comprehension that it has been snubbed. Please keep this show — its loyal fans deserve and demand this quality programming. Please allow time for viewers to find it on Starz by keeping both seasons available. Viewers WILL find it and… Read more »
Ukraine loves this show. If it’s cancelled I’m the first one to donate money to renew the show. It’s better than anything else out there, and it’s a lot about my life, for I’m a journalist. Good show.
I am addicted to this show, I hope it does not cancel it is the best show on TV.
This is absolutely one of the best shows on TV. The acting, the storyline…. everything about this show is awesome. My hope is that it isn’t cancelled, but if it is, I hope some other, more popular network picks it up and allows the show to continue. There is nothing like this on TV and Kelsey Grammar is amazing in this role!!
I love the show it’s probually the best tv show I ever seen and I was really into the wire what I also like is Lesley grammar is not afraid tho push the racial envelope he hires blacks and put them on his show way more than a extra or just a hoodlum it seems like to me there are not to many chances for black stars to get out there and he gives him chances so keep the sho it’s awesome and thank you kelsey grammar keep up the good work and writing.
Season 1 was excellent due to its biting dialogue and dog-eat-dog attitude. Season 2 they’ve taken away Kane’s non-stop runaway train and surrounded the plot with melodrama with standard sensational junk one can see on any of the 40 cable drama shows (and I avoid!). If Boss is back for season 3 I will watch with the hopes they return to what lured the viewers in from season 1.
This is an awesome show! The problem is Starz is not part of a package on cable and people do not want to spend extra for one show. Alot of people are streaming it on their computers and that isnt part of the ratings. Everyone who can view it loves this show. FInd a way to keep it>
It’s one the best shows on Cable , excellent acting, great storyline , who ever cast this show deserves a award….. It certainly “must see” Hope its renewed for a third season would be ashame if it were not. One suggestion the Friday night slot is great but should debut the week after Labor Day to attract more viewers also should be more episodes..
This is a great show, why not too many viewers are watching it is beyond me. Kelsey Grammer is at his very best and gives a powerful performance as the “Boss”, the Mayor of Chicago. His acting is very impressive and about 2 galaxies away from Frasier. How he has not won an Emmy is incomprehensible. The supporting cast are all excellent making it into a classic TV series. Season 3, 4 & 5 and more – PLEASE!
It’s really too bad people aren’t watching it’s great show. I really hope it gets picked up for a 3rd season
Keep it! Boss is one of the only shows on TV I will actually watch.
[…] Season two certainly hasn’t been bringing any better ratings. The August 24th installment drew just 229,000 viewers and the season has averaged only 310,000. Earlier this year, the second season of Spartacus averaged 1.35 million on Friday nights in the same timelot. […]
Just started watching the show as I did not have Starz before. I think it a smart, powerful, provocative drama easily worthy of an Emmy and praise.
