BBC One wants what you have. Today, the network released a trailer for its upcoming mini-series, Capital.
The three-part series stars an ensemble cast, led by Toby Jones.
The story follows the residents of the diverse Pepys Road in London. There, property values are rapidly rising, sending the neighborhood into rapid change as well. Then, the residents all receive an unusual postcard one day. It states, “We Want What You Have.” The series explores the mystery behind the postcards and the “lives of ordinary people who find themselves caught and changed by a city at a time of extraordinary flux.”
Peter Bowker, creator of BBC’s Blackpool and Desperate Romantics, has developed the mini-series.
No word yet on whether an American network will carry the series.
