Chance has added another member to its cast. Deadline reported that Clarke Peters has joined the cast for season one as a recurring member, but that status could be bumped to series regular for season two. The Hulu drama has been given a straight to series order for two seasons.

Peters joins a cast that already includes Hugh Laurie and Gretchen Mol. Deadline revealed more about his role:

“Peters will play Carl, gay, cultured, well-spoken and old-school antiques dealer who knows his business inside and out – as well as how to increase an object’s market value through means both legitimate and not.”
