TV show description:
Young schemer Cory Baxter (Kyle Massey) moves from San Francisco to Washington, D.C., when his single father Victor (Rondell Sheridan) is hired as the official head chef for the White House.
Cory befriends the son of a senator and Chief Justice, Newton “Newt” Livingston III (Jason Dolley), and Meena Paroom (Maiara Walsh), the daughter of the Bahavian Ambassador. Unfortunately, Cory clashes with the President’s overly-cute daughter Sophie Martinez (Madison Pettis); Presidential aide Samantha Samuels (Lisa Arch); and Jason Stickler (Jake Thomas), the son of the head of the CIA.
On the upside, President Richard Martinez (John D’Aquino) is a pretty cool guy and keeps his patience even when he gets mixed up in Cory’s schemes
The sitcom is a spin-off of That’s So Raven, in which Massey and Sheridan originally appeared.
