In Covert Affairs, Annie Walker (Piper Perabo) is a young CIA trainee who’s thrust into the inner sanctum of the agency after being promoted to field operative. While it appears that she has been hand-picked for her exceptional linguistic skills, it may be something from her past that her CIA bosses are really after. The show also stars Anne Dudek, Christopher Gorham, Eion Bailey, Kari Matchett, Peter Gallagher, and Sendhil Ramamurthy.
Though USA Network is still airing the first season of Covert Affairs, the cable channel execs like what they’ve seen and have ordered a second season. The final two episodes of season one will run on September 14th.

I can’t wait until the new series comes on. I check the TV listing every day to see if they are scheduled. I think they are going to be as good as NCIS. I loved the first season. Say it again!!!!!!!!

I really enjoyed Covert Affairs last summer. While there is nothing to watch during the
summer on ABC,NBC and CBS, I was lucky enough to find this show and waited eagerly
every week. Between Covert Affairs and Rizzoli & Isles, I was in heaven. I absolutely
hate reality TV. Programmers wise up!!! We need more of the above mentioned shows.
Its a great show. Story lines are great. Your charecters are amazing! Cant Wait.
its a shame the “Starter Wife” did not get another chance it was also very entertaining and eye opening.
Can’t wait!
GREAT-It is a super show, and very entertaining. Annie is very “down to earth” and easy to relate to. Augie is a wonderful character.
I really love this show and I am a 68 year old grandmother and all of my friends love the show – we even stay up that late to watch it. We love the cast and hope it hurries up and returns.
