Episode 232 — Habeas Corpse
Things spiral out of control when Ryan confronts Josh Avery about working for Vogel (from #1018) and the next thing he remembers is waking up in Josh’s apartment with Josh dead. Horatio is forced to arrest Ryan for the murder, but when the team discovers evidence of another assailant, Horatio suspects that Vogel might have been involved.
Meanwhile, Calleigh worries about being able to adopt Austin North and his sister after the adoption agency expresses doubt over her capability, but Delko stands in and defends her. When the team discovers that Josh was a meth dealer who was being supplied by one of Vogel’s clients, Eddie Coster, they confront Coster but he appears clueless as to the whereabouts of his confiscated drugs.
Later, Coster kidnaps and threatens to kill Samantha and Vogel for cutting him out of the profits, but Samantha drives up a bridge and kills Coster. Finally, when Ryan finds evidence linking Samantha to Josh’s murder, she admits to accidentally killing Josh in an effort to protect Ryan that night.

I think this was the best one I miss csi Miami I loved it they need to bring it back
I really love this show – what a crime to take it off. Sux.
would really like to see Miami and new York CSI come back and pick up where they left off. again 2 more shows removed that were very entertaining to watch.
This is such a good show I miss it one of the best shows ever please bring it back and get rid of csi ny csi ny sucks
BRING BACK CSI MIAMI
CSI Miami new format please…should have never been cancelled…keep all the characters and promote the head guy…and let someone else in new. Ted Danson; I really never cared for on your other series.
Miss csi Miami, best drama on Tv
Why is it when you find a show you really like, it’s taken off the air
If my vote counts for anything please bring CSI Miami back,
Thank You, Kathryn Mason
Just checked on the schedule to see when I needed to set up the DVR. I couldn’t find it, so I binged and found this. CSI Miami was my favorite. The shows were always nail biters. CBS what have you done!!!!!!!!!! Bring one of best shows you have aired over the years back.
Bring it back !!!!!!
Serious this is a staple show, just like law and order’s. All 3 Csi’s I watched weekly.
we all seem to be forgetting one crucial fact just because cbs cancelled the show does not mean that it can not be picked up by another network . a while back cbs cancelled southland and now the network tnt is the one that is reaping the rewards. it keeps being renewed maybe we can get another network to bring it back
so are CBS getting the message yey or do we need more fans to right in to get this show saved
CSI Miami was the best of the three CSI shows. CBS you screwed up. You should have cancelled CSI NY–that’s one show I refuse to watch. The characters and actors on CSI Miami were more realistic and far better than their two counterpart CSI shows. I refuse to watch those shows now that you’ve gotten rid of the best show on CBS!
totally agree! Is there anyway the fans can get together and try to get the show back on the air; tnt, usa, etc? Plenty of other channels this can go to like southland did
CSI: Miami was the best of the 3 shows. Miami had all to most of the charcters that started the show and the show it self seemed to have better writers. NY was boring and LV was near death. If any of the shows were to be cancelled, it should of been NY and LV.
My husband and I both loved CSI Miami better than all the others so we just stopped watching them. We would love to see CSI Miami come back.We would definately watch.
