DC’s Legends of Tomorrow is getting ready to wrap its first season on CW, and fans can expect some big changes for season two. After the shocking exit of Wentworth Miller, it is safe to say this series is not holding anything back.
According to TV Guide, Phil Klemmer, the showrunner of the series, said the following about the finale and how it sets up season two:
“I can say the finale feels like a climax. This series was always meant to be something that we could never [repeat] themes [or] stories [in]. We always meant to leave it all on the field and burn all of our bridges so Season 2 would effectively have to be a totally new premise and a totally new setup. So yeah, we’re really burning it down with our finale.”
Patrick J. Adams, the star of Suits, will join the series for a season two arc. He will make his first appearance in the finale, and his character will take the legends on their next journey.

NOT HAPPY THAT WENTWORTH MILLER’S CHARACTER – LEONARD SNART IS NOT COMING BACK DUE TO GETTING KILLED AT THE END OF THIS SEASON. HIS CHARACTER AND THE HANDSOME MR. MILLER WILL BE GREATLY MISSED.
He’s coming back, don’t worry. He signed a contract to appear on all of the CW DC shows.
