Deadline reports DirecTV has renewed its Full Circle TV series for a third season. According to the report, Dougray Scott and Kim Raver will co-star in season three of this anthology drama series. Scott will play presidential candidate, Senator Davis Faulkner. Raver has been cast as his wealthy, Christian wife, Jane.
From Deadline:
Following AT&T’s acquisition of DirecTV, Season 3 will air on Audience Network on both DirecTV and AT&T U-verse. Filming on the 10 half-hour episodes will start in January in Los Angeles.
In Season 3, Full Circle explores the dark underworld of national politics. It focuses on a sex scandal that threatens to destroy a Presidential candidate and stop his almost certain election. Like season 2 of Full Circle, which was written by Keith Huff, the upcoming season will expand upon the original format of Neil LaBute’s season 1, in which we see a daisy chain of characters interacting with each other through the ten episodes. The main thrust of each episode takes place in a high-end hotel in Miami during the days leading up to the Democratic primary. Like with the previous two seasons, Full Circle plans to assemble a cast of established TV actors, starting with Scott and Raver.
