TV show description:
After purchasing an engagement ring to give his fiance, Portland homicide detective Nick Burkhardt (David Giuntoli) sees a pretty woman’s face briefly morph into a monster’s. Shortly afterward, he and his partner, Hank Griffin (Russell Hornsby), are called to investigate the violent death of a female college student in the woods. Her limbs seem to have been pulled apart by a superhuman wolf creature. Later, a girl in a red coat disappears.
While at the home of his devoted girlfriend, Juliette Silverton (Bitsie Tulloch), Nick is visited by his Aunt Marie (Kate Burton), a librarian. She pulls him aside but, before she can tell him the reason for her visit, they’re attacked by a monster. Marie is gravely hurt but Nick shoots and kills the monster — who then transforms into a human. The monster’s weapon is decorated with strange writing that spells “Reapers of the Grimms.”
Badly injured, Marie gives Nick a necklace and tells him to guard it with his life. She also tells him that his parent didn’t die in a car accident as he believed — they were murdered. At the hospital, Marie tells Nick that he is one of the last “Grimms,” an elite line of criminal profilers. They are charged with keeping balance between humanity and the mythological creatures of the world. It turns out that the Grimms’ Fairy Tales are true stories and the monsters in them are real.
Nick later inspects Marie’s trailer and finds hidden weapons, books, and other Grimm equipment. He studies an open book and immediately finds a picture of the girl that he saw outside the jewelry store.
While still investigating his case, Nick sees a man named Eddie Monroe (Silas Weir Mitchell) transform into a wolf. It turns out that he’s not the killer. Monroe explains that there are many different Grimm creatures and not all of them are villainous. Monroe has been able to quell his true nature and exist peacefully with humans, like many Grimm creatures do. With his help, Nick locates the killer, kills him, and rescues the girl.
As Nick tries to hide the dangers of his new found calling from Juliette, Hank, and his boss, Captain Renard (Sasha Roiz), he becomes more entrenched in the ancient rivalries and alliances of the Grimm world. Nick must navigate through the forces of a larger-than-life mythology, facing off with Hexenbiests, Blutbads and all manner of ancient evils.

What do you think? Do you like the Grimm TV show? Do you think it should be ending with season six? Would you have watched a seventh season?

In this season the writing has been awesome, hope a specialty network picks it up will definitely follow, hope it continues.
My wife and I have watched since the beginning. Look forward to it every week. We have repeatedly passed on other social events to stay home and watch the show. Please don’t take it off. It has great story lines. My wife and I are in our late 60’s.
I too am disappointed that this is Grimm’s series finale. I don’t know why another network doesn’t pick up this imaginative and entertaining series. I like everything about Grimm. The sad thing is so far they’ve killed off a couple of the regular characters.
Maybe Nick can use the stick to bring them back, that would be great and they could continue on
Grimm is one of the best TV shows. Sadly, NBS like the other TV stations only worry about profits.
With the current type of mentality, CHEERS never would have lasted more than 1 season.
Viewer loyalty is more valuable than profits and ratings.
The stars is already signed to a new TV show, so I doubt if Grimm will be continued
I am very upset and disappointed that Grimm is ending. I’ve always loved and looked forward to watching it. I really love all the actors in it. Is there anyway it can continue? If not on NBC, then another station? That’s what happened to Nashville. Thank you very much.
I’m devastated to hear my FAVORITE show is ending. The emptiness I feel. Then this episode just crushed my heart…I hope it gets picked up again! I would love another season!!
Definitely would have watched another season of Grimm. Loved this show! Sorry to see it end.
GRIMM “must” continue. My husband I are not young (sixties & seventies) yet we have always enjoyed and looked forward for the new episodes to follow. Characters, as well as their actors, are wonderful. Story lines are well written and keep you on the edge of your seat. Young & old alike (we don’t know ANYONE who isn’t) gets lost into another place filled with thought, laughter and suspense. Stop taking away wonderful shows & replacing them w/so-called reality programs & (yet more!) cops & robbers. Take a good look @ your viewers. Cancellation will a be a “BIG” mistake!!!
I have watched the Grimm since the first season too. I would definitely watch another season or two. Really sorry to see it end 🙁
