NBC’s previous Thursdays at 10pm drama, Do No Harm, was quickly cancelled. Will the network have better luck with Hannibal? We’ll see.
This TV series revolves around the partnership of an FBI criminal profiler (Hugh Dancy) and Doctor Hannibal Lecter (Mads Mikkelsen), a famed forensic psychiatrist (who’s secretly a cannibalistic serial killer). The cast also includes Laurence Fishburne, Caroline Dhavernas, Aaron Abrams, Hettienne Park, Scott Thompson, and Lara Jean Chorostecki. NBC has ordered 13 episodes.

What do you think? Do you like the Hannibal TV series? Do you think it should be cancelled or renewed for a second season?
Dont cancel it please i love it
I posted a comment and it seems like it was never posted. Hannibal I hope you be renew but I know better. Another well written show gone again. I think I stop watching television for a while if the show is not renew because television shows are so boring these days.
Roxanne is right on target. This show is brilliantly written; brilliant in its acting and layered and complex and nourishing to the intelligent people that we are — we demand more than cookie cutter, predictable drivel like Once Upon a Time.
Do not kill a brilliant masterpiece!
All about the ratings? What happen to telling a story? You focus so much on ratings and keep forgetting it take time to wheel in the viewers. Scandal on ABC was about to be cancel then it blossom. But whoever runs ABC realize they had a following and gave the show more time to develop. NBC please do the same with Hannibal or move the show to a different time slot. I have to admit going up against Scandal and Elementary it’s hard to compete with. The reason I watch Hannibal because it shows a different side of Lecter never… Read more »
Keep it! I don’t care for most shows, but I love Hannibal.
If this show gets cancelled like every other show I have loved over the past years, I just don’t think I will watch shows on tv anymore. Why do layered, elegantly acted and wickedly funny shows get axed over slight slumps in ratings? Remember when well-made shows were given more than half of a season to hit their stride (sometimes not even half before you get yanked and exiled to *gasp* Friday nights). Imagine if some of your favorite shows were released now! Bring back Awake, Terriers (on separate running seasons, with the casting overlap), and Happy Endings. Put Grey’s… Read more »
RENEW !!!!!
Or be DEAD to me, NBC. This is the best television show by FAR I have ever seen on network tv. I cannot believe how great Mads Mikkelsen is. Dancy is good, and Fishburn is OK. But with Mads, you have Denmark’s leading man and official “Sexiest Man Alive”, a MOVIE STAR. Don’t blow this !!!!!
Supurb character development and story line. The Hannibal actor is perfect for the part as is the empathic FBI profiler. One of my favorites along with Dexter, Bates Motel, The Americans Breaking Bad. NBC PLEASE KEEP THIS FINE SHOW ALIVE!!!
Please dont cancel this show! I love it so much, and its one of the few things i look forward too on thursdays!
This is my all time favorite show! Please do not cancel! I have not missed an episode!
I didn’t have the opportunity to let NBC know that they should not cancel Homicide: Life On the Street. So NBC – DO NOT Cancel Hannibal……
Fun show to watch! Really enjoy it!
Please renew. Best show on television! Bravo!
DONT CANCEL!!! This is by far my favorite show on regular T.V.!!!! It ‘s smart, gory and keeps me wanting more!
