Hawaii Five-0 stars Alex O’Loughlin, Scott Caan, Meaghan Rath, Jorge Garcia, Taylor Wily, Dennis Chun, Kimee Balmilero, Chi McBride, Beulah Koale, and Ian Anthony Dale. Based on the 1970s series of the same name, this TV show follows the work of an elite federalized task force whose mission is to wipe out the crime that washes up on the islands’ sun-drenched beaches. The team is led by Detective Steve McGarrett (O’Loughlin), a decorated Naval officer turned cop. He returned to Oahu after Hawaii’s former governor persuaded him to head up the new team, They operate under his rules with no red tape and full blanket authority to hunt down the biggest “game” in town.
Airing on Friday nights, the ninth season of Hawaii Five-0 is averaging a 0.79 rating in the 18-49 demographic and 7.32 million viewers. Compared to season eight, that’s down by 17% and 12%, respectively.
Out of the 26 scripted CBS TV shows of the 2018-19 season, Hawaii Five-0 is in 17th place in the demo and 10th place in total viewership.

The reason the show is failing is you took out some of the best characters. Bring back Chen Ho and Ko No. Hawaii 5-0 has not been the same without them. How you have a show named Hawaii 5-0, with no Characters who even look like they are From Hawaii. Plus KoNo and Chen were excellent Characters. Bring them back now or continues to have bad ratings.
Please put old episodes back Netflix. You need to get the Politricks settled and put it back on.
My favorite show by far.. keep it in the air for years to come.

With all do respect, I’ve gone insanely deep and all of the characters have become ohana to me and I wanna see them live one day and I wish them more successful episodes and wish to see you guess , that has been my fantasy it’s like my wish come true and I love you guys , everyone are so cool. I’m glad the series is renewing, but bring all the original characters back! The new ones I’m not really liking as much but whenever the series is ending they should bring back ALL of the characters so we can fall in all over again
I love this show! I am so happy that the series isn’t predictable such as other series. Finding out that there will be a 10th season just made my day!!
I have always loved this series until this one and the last theres no chemistry between the characters anymore and why has danno only be in a few episodes when hes one of the main characters i wish they had just give the actors who played chin and kono there pay rise and i would still be watching it
I love the show, too many characters have left, and I understand why but it would be great to bring back Catherine for Steve, they are great together

PLEASE bring back all the characters from Hawaii Five-O another season. I love love love ALL the members of the team and follow all their stories faithfully.
There aren’t too many shows that I watch faithfully any more; however, Hawaii 5-O is one of my favorites due to the chemistry of the cast – they really seem to be friends! It’s fun to watch. I am glad it’s renewed!!! The stories are very interesting!
I have always enjoyed this show. When it first appeared, I thought it to be an exceptional blend of the original series, with an interplay between Steve and Dano akin to the old Starsky & Hutch series. So little I watch these days, it has been (and will be) one of the few that I continue with.
I still absolutely love this show. I still believe the relationship between McGarret and Danno is the heart of the show. But I know bringing in the characters of Junior and Tani and expanding their relationship is probably a good idea. This show covers all generations with its characters and the stories remain fresh and reflective of the issues facing the United States right now.
We always watch H5O. It’s a good show. I would like to see Caan more.
