TV show description:
Like others in his Scottish clan, Duncan MacLeod (Adrian Paul) is an immortal and has lived over 400 years. He tries to live a normal life by running a quiet antique shop named MacLeod & Noel Antiques with his girlfriend Tessa Noel (Alexandra Vandernoot).
Their lives change when fellow immortal Connor Macleod (Christopher Lambert) finds Duncan and asks him to return to “The Game” — to track down and behead evil immortals. Soonafter, the two MacLeods battle Slan Quince (Richard Moll), a fight witnessed by young petty thief Richie Ryan (Stan Kirsch). Duncan confides his secret to Richie and takes him under his wing.
Later in the series, it’s discovered that there’s a secret society of mortals called The Watchers who record what immortals do. Amputee Joe Dawson (Jim Byrnes) is assigned to observe Duncan and, against the society’s rules, develops a friendship with him.
The series is a spin-off of the Highlander feature film series.
