What’s This TV Show About?
Airing on BET, the Hit the Floor TV show revolves around the lives of the LA Devil Girls dancers and the LA Devils basketball team. They live in a world of fame, money, power and sex in professional basketball. In season three, familiar faces as well as new dancers and basketball players fight to stake their claim under the red hot spotlight of the LA Devils nation. The regular cast includes Brent Antonello, Katherine Bailess, Kyndall Ferguson, McKinley Freeman, Tiffany Hines, Jonathan “Lil J” McDaniel, Jodi Lyn O’Keefe, Cort King, Kristian Kordula, and Teyana Taylor. Guests this season include Logan Browning, Dean Cain, Tank, Terrence J., and Erika Jayne.
Season Four Ratings
The fourth season of Hit the Floor averaged a 0.15 rating in the 18-49 demographic and 383,000 viewers. Compared to season three, that’s down by 78% and 71%, respectively. Check out the ratings of other scripted BET TV shows.

Telly’s Take
Will BET cancel or renew Hit the Floor for season five? The ratings are way, way down from season three’s (which aired on VH1) and season four has a smaller episode order. Earlier this year, BET cancelled The Quad and that show had higher ratings. Personally, I think that it will be cancelled. I’ll update this page with breaking developments. I am an older person that absolutely loved the series and watched it from the very first episode. The show has a great story line and beautiful people different from the other crap that is being shown on TV today. The problem is the networks wait too long to show another season and that is totally the reason why the decline of ratings. Let’s see you take a somewhat of a hit series and not show that program for 2 years or so at a time, then compare! Hit the floor is a great show. I would love to see the original cast back. Ahsha and Derrick played a very strong role on the show. Bring the show back.

Please renew!!! I love this show. I agree it was a little different from season 1-3 and the original cast but still a good show.
Do not cancel the show
I say cancel it!! People make programs and the cast on VH1 made Hit the Floor a program worth watching. It is now garbage. The devil girls dancers look like trash, the choreography is very juvenile and the story lines are not worth watching. The new cast is not believable! Cancel the show!!

Love the show Hit the floor … please renew it for another season
Hit the floor should be cancelled all the original cast is gone or killed off don’t get me wrong it was good just not great like the original cast and seasons 1-3 , I’m a huge hit the floor fan but these season didn’t do it for me . I really was skeptical on watching this season once I found out Ahsha was gone then one by one the original cast slowly got picked off . Cancel unless Ahsha comes back if not CANCEL CANCEL CANCEL !!!!
Please continue Hit The Floor. Talk to VH1 to put it back on there. I was really excited to hear I was coming back on. Don’t cancel the show.

This is the only reason that a lot of people even watch Bet . I know it is for me and some of their people. Considering everything that has happen to the show this season have be epic! And seriously need to be renewed to give the fan favorites a change to come back.
